Arroyo Grande Community Hospital: Tours y Actividades

Es difícil opinar bien. Recibí un mensaje a través de expedía donde decía q me iban a enviar códigos para ingresar a la propiedad. Cosa que nunca sucedió. (Ni en spam). Al llegar la oficina se encontraba cerrada y habían 2 teléfonos para marcar si llegaba alguien después de las 6 pm. No contestaba ninguno . Llegamos aproximadamente 8:50 y marcamos de 2 teléfonos distintos a los 2 teléfonos que habían legados en la pared, uno de ellos estaba en el correo. No contestó nadie nunca. Se envió mensaje al chat de expedía y la respuesta fue : demos una minutos para revisar que hacemos. Ahí se quedó su respuesta. Marque a expedía estados unidos y después de mucho tiempo me contestó una persona que me dijo q lo iban a cancelar (sujeto a aprobación en 72 h) y q busque otro alojamiento. Para esto eran 10:40 pm . Al entrar a la aplicación a buscar otro hotel , nos llegó un sms del beach house inn con los datos y claves de acceso al estacionamiento y al cuarto equivocado (207 otro número de habitación). Al preguntar cuál es la habitación correcta, corrigieron al 205 que era la habitación reservada. No están reservando un motel de 1 Estrella, por la tarifa que cobran, esperaba un mínimo trato y apoyo. Terrible experiencia. Ya el cuarto esta bonito y limpio .

The property overall was very nice and clean. The views were amazing. I was not happy that we were not asked if it was a special occasion (which it was my birthday) as another couple checking in was and they received a bottle of wine. Also, our power went out completely for about two hours. We were told at check out that each Wednesday they do maintenance and the power goes out for a period of time. It would have been nice to know that as I was in the shower when this happened. Final think to note is that our air conditioner did not work properly and maintenance was called. The third time it quit working, I youtubed it and found that the reservoir on the unit was completely filled and needed to be emptied. I had to show the maintenance person this video - he left and got a bucket and drained it, then it worked fine.
