Spacious house that comfortably fit 6 adults, a toddler and a baby. Had everything we needed, including a high chair for the baby which we greatly appreciated! It's an older house, so the insulation was a bit poor and the cold from outside easily got in, but the heater helped. Easy to communicate with the managers and overall a great stay!

The property was really great. Plenty of space for the entire family. The backyard was a joy to sit in. There’s plenty of shade and the little pond in the back provided great background noise. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of linens, and a washer and dryer on site, although the listing does not mention that. We had a concern with the coffee maker and when we reached out, the host was super gracious and replaced the coffee maker same day. When we arrived, the house was clean and the pots/pans/cooking utensils were in good form. There’s plenty of silverware, although we had to use paper plates because there weren’t enough glass plates for as many people that we had eating at the house. Please do not misunderstand, I believe there is a set of four or five large and small plates., We just had more guests eating at one time than what was available. The property is gated and provides a great area out front for our boys to play flies up or pass with the lacrosse stick and balls. There’s also plenty of space to park. There is a resident that lives on the property and rents the smaller home in the back. He is amazing, was oiling the gates and even gave our boys some necklaces he had made for helping him get avocados out of his tree. All in all the property is amazing and we would stay there again.

11/10!!!! The perfect getaway!

I cannot say enough positive things about this property. I took 5 total ladies on a working-girls retreat, and it was fabulous! There was plenty of space for all of us, two gorgeous bathrooms, and a stunning and spacious kitchen! We hosted Katherine’s Kusine for an in-home cooking class, and the kitchen was perfect for the 6 of to cook! The beds are comfortable, and I love they had gated parking for multiple cars. The backyard was stunning and so spacious! We didn’t use it, but I can tell it would be stunning the fall and summer! We were only 1 mile from the downtown AG, and we walked it easily one evening after dinner. Every little detail was perfect and everything is brand new! Loved it- definitely an amazing time!

4th of July weekend

Fantastic house - really clean and well organized. Outside space is amazing - especially if you have 2 dogs like we do - just watch out for the small pond. Close to the beach and great hiking. Coffee shop next door. All around great weekend.

Cozy and comfortable!

We stayed in 7 different hotels and short term rental properties as part of an epic spring break tour through California, and this was by far our favorite place! Though it is located right off of a main road, the entire property is cozy, peaceful and lovely. Our family of 5 felt right at home for the two nights we stayed. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have a little quiet time to themselves and then come back together for a movie or games. The games and children's books on the property were an unexpected home-like touch.
