“A step-back-in-time and off-the-beaten-path small hotel with all the quintessential character, charm, and quality service you could hope for. The cooked-to-order breakfast was included in our stay and very tasty. Comfortable bed and great shower. This place is truly memorable in every way.”

“From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. “Staff were welcoming and helping us to locate a laundromat. We couldn't check in early unless we paid a fee so we went off for an hour. Room comfortable although with Premier Inn there's a sense of not all Premier inns are maintained the same. Walls scuffed, carpet looks scuffy and worn. The cleaner came barging in at 9am our room had been ticked off already as we have left. We hadn't. Much apologies, showing the board to where it supposedly we had checked out.”

“Bien. Buen location. Hotel muy venido abajo”

“I didn' t like the rude staff, specially that girl called sam, we contacted the property to have our family room ready and she was so rude with us”

“Habitació extragran amb vistes al llac”

“Great location and charming village. Wish we had planned to spend more time there!”

“The friendliest people in the world down in the pub”

“We had a wonderful stay! The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone. 100% recommended!”

“This was my third stay over the past eight years and I have to say I love the location and how accessible the hotel is to central Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. I was disappointed this time to see how unkempt the gardens and rear parking lot were. Garbage and leaves had never been picked up and gardens full of weeds. The hotel exterior is much in need of repainting and the interior needs a complete refurbishment as the carpets are dirty and stained, the bed was uncomfortable and the...

“El hotel por fuera sorprende por lo viejo y descuidado, pero buenas habitaciones y baño reformado. Muy cómodos”
