In the living and dining area, a really cosy seating area is arranged around the fireplace from where you can watch the action at home on satellite TV. Or you can opt for a complete information diet to enjoy the current sources of pleasure even more intensively. Finally, the kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee machine, ceramic hob, fridge - there really is nothing missing here. In the winter months, when it gets a bit chilly on the island, you can switch on the heating and spend happy moments playing one of the cosy board games. Thanks to the large windows, plenty of natural light enters the rooms, which also exude a cosy atmosphere thanks to the friendly, bright furnishing style. The owners have also installed a guest WC in the garage.



Directly behind the villa, a path leads to Artà, just one and a half kilometres away. Here you will find a fine potpourri of exquisite shops and cafés, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the Spanish way of life. You can also go diving on one of the beautiful beaches on the east coast, which are around 12 kilometres from the property. Both the charming harbour town of Colonia de Sant Pere, with its promenade and exquisite restaurants, and the vibrant Cala Radjada, which is very lively at night, are well worth a visit. Throughout the day, the numerous shops and places to eat offer you the perfect infrastructure to spend a glamorous day at the beach. The airport and the island's capital are around 70 kilometres away. Capdepera Castle, which dates back to the 14th century, is just 11 km away, which will make the hearts of history buffs beat faster. The same applies to the Ermita de Betlem, a picturesque monastery that you can visit on a leisurely hike.



Villa Casa Manolo is the perfect address for anyone who wants to combine the idyllic countryside with attractive excursion destinations: The historic town of Artà is just one and a half kilometres away on foot. There you can relax in one of the cafés before heading off to the impressive stalactite caves or spend a sunny day on the natural beach of Cala Torta, 13 kilometres away.
