In the heart of the Berry countryside and the department, this central location is ideal for exploring nature, culture, and sports activities.

The Brenne Regional Natural Park, the Creuse Valley, the George Sand region, Châteauroux, and the CNTS (National Center for Sports Training) are all within a 30 km radius.

Highlights: peaceful surroundings, private garden, and spacious rooms. A private pond is available for guests, located near the cottage, for fishing or simply relaxing.
The living room can be adapted as a meeting or training room, accommodating approximately 10-12 people for daytime use. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchen, lounge, and dining area, a shower room, two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a room with a reading corner, games, and foosball, a toilet, and a garage with parking for one car.

Outside, there is a private, unfenced garden with a dining area and a relaxation area with a barbecue.

We offer an optional breakfast package, available for an additional fee, which must be reserved 48 hours in advance: two pastries of your choice (croissant/pain au chocolat), orange juice, and a hot drink (tea or coffee) for €4 per person.

Pets are welcome, with a limit of two per stay. They must bring their own baskets and bowls. They are not allowed on the beds or sofas.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day included (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
