A single sub-divided room bathroom unit, not a cottage. Not in the same house as pictured. No "guest kitchen" access. Property not maintained or readied to be habitable at this time. Faucet and lights non-functional.

House is in a great location. Directly on the beach. There were some issues that the house had. There were no pots and pans! Seems the previous renter took them with them. Julius the property manager went out and bought some new ones. The water pump went out also and Julius fixed it the same day! ...
