“Downtown Roanoke is very loud. There were a lot of cars revving their engines Friday and Saturday night, straight out of the Fast and Furious. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a good nights sleep on the weekend.
The hotel was fine. We were in the accessibility room, and it was ok, but the box spring of the bed was broken and there was only one trash can.
I did tell them about the box spring when we checked out. Hopefully it gets fixed before the next customer.”

“Had a great night stay after a long day of travel. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable.
I have to mention the great customer service. Hours after we checked out, I called in a bit of a panic thinking my husband may have left his wedding band behind. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful... they took the time to thoroughly check and follow up. (Thankfully, we ended up finding it!)
The hotel was also very convenient with easy in-and-out access, and we appreciated...
