The Grubbs short break

Very comfortable and pleasant stay. The cottage was very well stocked and we didn't need for anything. Will definitely recommend the cottage and surrounding area.

Wow! An amazing property

This property is superb. Excellent facilities, that are not only beautiful but also plentiful. It has everything you could want and more. The beds were particular comfortable. We loved this property and the lovely village it is in.

Amazing!

A beautiful, clean cottage that was amazingly equipped with everything we could need. A great space for a family of four with lots of luxurious touches. We used it as a base to explore the south coast area of Sussex. Highly recommend!

Second stay and not disappointed

This was our second stay at Baytree Cottage and were pleased to find it still maintained the same high standard. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Walberton an ideal location for visiting Arundel, Chichester, Littlehampton and many more interesting places including Amberley museum.

Beautiful spacious property we walked down to the pub and had food which was lovely. The property had everything you would need and beds comfortable. There was an information book that the owners had put together which told you about local walks but we never got the chance to do them.

Super schönes Cottage

Unser Aufenthalt war supi! Alles sauber, alles da was man braucht. Vom Duschgel bis zum Spülmaschinentab. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Vorgarten mit Lounge und Sitzgelegenheit. Einfach wunderbar.

Was a great little short stay. Pretty good location. Quiet Street. Try to get a hold of the owner for a question. Never got back to me.

Check in was simplicity itself and Bayleaf Cottage is exceptional. Extremely well furnished with high quality throughout. As for the kitchen? I’ve never stayed in a holiday let that had such a well equipped kitchen. As a keen cook, it had everything I needed, and more. Plus, a cupboard full of spices, oils and the like. We’d happily stay at Baytree again. It was truly wonderful m

A wonderful time at Baytree cottage

Great location, very well decorated, lovely garden, nice and warm (we stayed over Christmas), excellent kitchen facilities, comfortable beds etc. Overall an excellent experience, great communication and special thanks for allowing an earlier arrival and late departure 5 stars. All the family enjoyed our stay, when we are next in the UK will definitely consider Baytree cottage again. Thanks again

Very well equipped and homely cottage

This lovely cottage proved the ideal venue for our family to get together for a special birthday celebration. Plenty of room for 6 adults, and we appreciated the large dining table. Whole property immaculately clean and equipped with everything we could have wished for. Beautifully furnished and very warm and cosy for an old cottage. Wish it had been summer to take advantage of the lovely garden too! Plenty of places to visit and explore nearby.

Lovely cottage

Lovely Cottage with everything you would need for a holiday. Baytree only has one draw back and that is the parking at the back in the garage area. Neighbours have taken over the turning area in the compound for elec car charging and vehicle restoration. Parking in the street is the best option but dangerous because of the amount of traffic passing through Walberton.

Picturesque cottage

Our family of 4 had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful cottage. Immaculately furnished, clean and extremely well stocked for our stay. All 3 bedrooms were well appointed for 2 adults and our older kids. No bunk beds here, thank goodness!! The garden/patio area is delightful with plenty of seating options. Loved all the environmentally friendly cleaning products too. We visited Goodwood Festival of Speed, Arundel Castle, Brighton and Chichester during our visit. All very accessible to the cottage. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We hope to return one day.

everything we wished for

A very attractive looking cottage with lovely outdoor seating area. Inside it was very clean and comfortable and the best equipped cottage we have stayed in. The location was ideal for visiting Arundel, Chichester, Littlehampton and many other places.
