In the heart of the splendid Costa Smeralda, among the bright colors and intense scents of the Mediterranean scrub, stands Villetta Ashlar. The extensive use of exposed stone, with its irregular shapes and random appearance, gives the property a charming rustic look, creating a perfect symbiosis with the surrounding natural landscape. This aspect of naturalness is also increased by the combination of wood and stone. In fact, externally, the villa has a large terrace covered by a bamboo ceiling with a comfortable table for having meals outdoors and a lounge area where you can spend pleasant moments in company while admiring the spectacular view of the sea and the nuances of its sunsets.

In case of an expected arrival after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply.

Please note: the tourist tax is not included in the rental price. It must be paid locally in cash, in accordance with municipal regulations.

NOTE: in the event of a cancellation within the period in which a refund is due, an administration fee of €25.00, as well as any bank transfer fees, will be withheld.

The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), High chair, Late Arrival, Late Arrival (after 22:00), Pets, Pool towels, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card.
