“My husband and I booked this place and were unable to stay due to lack of communication regarding check-in procedure. The listing states the host will make contact 3 days before which didn’t happen. We sent several messages the day of check-in and didn’t hear from the host until well after the check-in time (4pm). Given the remote location and time of day, we were worried we wouldn’t have anywhere to stay for the night so we booked a hotel in Arezzo which we were lucky to get on a holiday...

“Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin haben wir ein paar entspannte Tage verbracht. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich für uns schon einmal keiner Erfrischungen. Obwohl wir nur 4 Nächte blieben, gab es einen Handtuchtausch nach 2 Tagen. Total überrascht hat uns aber der selbstgebackene Kuchen der für uns bereit stand. Wir würden hier jeder Zeit wieder Urlaub machen und können die Unterkunft mehr wir nur empehlen.”

“Agreable logement original dans un calme et beau village de Toscane. Bien équipé et propre, oui il y a des escaliers mais c’est une tour donc pas de surprise de ce coté là! Communication rapide et efficace. Beau point de chute pour visiter Sienne et cette partie de la Toscane.”

“This refurbished cottage is a hidden gem, surrounded by fruit trees on a hillside facing Siena. You’ll need a car — it s about a 5-minute drive on a steep, narrow, winding road to get to the stores by the freeway. The cottage was bigger than we were expecting, with a small but well-equipped kitchen. The host turned on the AC in anticipation of our arrival. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with AC, and a fourth bed in a loft.”

“Comfortable apartment in a quiet picturesque area. Would be challenging for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs or walking up steep inclines. Was fine for us on a brief stay for two nights. Lamia was very helpful and responded quickly to all communications.”

“Beautiful setting just outside the city walls of Pienza. Outstanding location for exploring this part of Tuscany. The hosts are kind lovely people, very helpful. The accommodations are cozy and comfortable with million dollar views. 5 stars doesn’t begin to describe Casa Rossa. ”
