Overall, our stay was good and we had everything we needed. We really appreciated that there was plenty of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and even wood for the fire pit (a nice surprise!). When an issue came up, we were able to quickly have it resolved because the owners were prompt and responsive. The children had a ton of fun with all of the games downstairs. And the location was ideal as we were able to get to grocery stores, restaurants, etc very quickly. There are a few things to know ahead of time: The four king-size bedrooms are all upstairs. One has an en-suite bathroom, and the other three share one bathroom.There is a full size bathroom downstairs by the bunkbed room. None of the bedrooms have dressers (only relevant if you’re an unpack-your-suitcase kind of traveler!). The road to the house is fairly steep and not completely paved which may pose an issue for some drivers/cars. The house is overall better suited to families with older. They do welcome dogs which was a plus for our family. (Pet deposit extra)

The home was lovely and decorated for the holidays with a beautiful tree. It is very close to the attractions in Asheville and in a quiet neighborhood.When we had a minor problem, the communication from the host was very quick and the problem solved.We really enjoyed our time here.

Bachelor Trip was what it was because of this house!

This place was perfect. It came fully stocked with essentials, comfortable beds, the hosts were incredibly quick to respond and very nice! We stayed here for a bachelor party and their basement felt like it was specifically tailored to us. Pool table, shuffle board, arcade games, hot tub (which we didn’t even get to because there was so much to do) fire pit, grill, and the best recovery for those who overdid the first night… the sauna. This location is possibly the closest you can legally get to the city of Asheville because of their ban on short term vacation rentals so commuting to the breweries and dinner was a very easy drive. I’m saving this location for the next trip with a big group.

Great place with all of the amenities!

The location was perfect! We needed a last-minute place for my brother's bachelor party after our original booking fell through, and this spot had everything we needed. Eliot was also super responsive to all my questions.Big thanks to Jodie, Eddie, and Eliot for an amazing stay!

Great Place To Stay!

We had an awesome time staying here during my bachelor party! The location was exceptional since it was close to the River Arts District, the Biltmore, etc. while also comfortable sleeping a big group of guys. The amenities were also a big plus, which made our nights in that much more enjoyable. The host Elliot was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. All around great stay!

Easy 5 stars

This a wonderful property with all the amenities you need. Very easy to get to trailheads and downtown from this location. The owners are incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would highly suggest staying here to anyone coming to Asheville. Also, if you need any food, drinks, supplies, etc…Shopper Julie has got your back. Just ask the owners for their info. Thanks again!

Great family house

This house is very well maintained. The hosts thought of everything, there is a stocked coffee station, lots of spices, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, paper plates and cups. There is plenty of cleaning supplies, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent etc. So nice to checkin and not have to run to store to stock up. The game room and movie theater were very popular. The hosts were very responsive. The weather was not good, there were a few very bad storms, there was an electric outage in the area but the hosts communicated with us and luckily it was only a few hours. The hosts worked very hard to make this rental property 5 star and it is. Would definitely recommend. They even left us a welcome note and pastries!

Excellent Property - Fun Stay!

I hosted my sales team at this home in mid-April. It was a perfect location for our group. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the game area and the fire pit outside. The home was clean and comfortable - I highly recommend!

I just left the cabin from a long weekend. Absolutely fabulous. They thought of everything, even Christmas decorations. And the place is just stunning. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Asheville.

Excellent Asheville Stay

We spent Thanksgiving at the home with a large family and the home was exactly as described. We really enjoyed all of the amenities available with the best part being able to hang out as a family and spend quality time together. The location was perfect and quiet and the neighborhood was very convenient to a nice grocery store (imp on T'giving)! We had spent a couple of days in town before coming to the home but would have been just as easy to drive into town for the day. The beds were very comfortable and the living space was big enough for everyone to not feel overcrowded. Charades around the firepit at night was a highlight as well as the large hot tub, media room, sauna, and the game room. Definitely would plan to come back! Kitchen had all utensils and added amenities like ample detergent/dish washer pods and paper towels, spices, etc. Loved, too, being able to bring our pet and the large fenced in yard was great.

Perfect Getaway

Everything went very smooth from beginning to end. Great communication from the owner. The home is extremely clean, very spacious, well stocked, and supremely well equipped with games and technology. The young and old thoroughly enjoyed the games, fire pit, and hot tub. We would definitely return to this home.

This house was far and away the highlight of our trip. With such a large group for a bachelor party we were never without entertainment. So many games, activities, comfortable and clean. I’d recommend this house to anyone and absolutely would return!

Loved our stay

We stayed here as a group of 13 for a bachelorette party and absolutely loved the house! The basement game room and bar was so fun to spend time in. The kitchen and bathrooms were also stocked with additional items for us to use. Everything was very well decorated and clean. The communication with the hosts was always prompt. Highly recommend!

Amazing property!

We were so impressed the minute we walked in the front door; this house is absolutely gorgeous! Our Indiana & Georgia families had a wonderful time getting together in Asheville at Bonnie’s Peak! The teens had a blast in the game rooms & watching movies in the home theater. The adults enjoyed the fire pit & visiting in the living area upstairs. I can’t say enough about the hosts; from the very first contact through our entire stay they were prompt & super helpful with every question or concern I had! Thanks to Julie, Eliot & Jodie!
