The space

This thoughtfully designed apartment features one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with TV, fast Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, heating and air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The open layout offers a comfortable place to relax, cook, gather, or work remotely after a day exploring Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Step outside to a private patio with seating, or enjoy shared community amenities including BBQ areas, a fire pit, outdoor fireplace, fitness center, pool, and free parking. Guests have private access to the entire apartment during their stay, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit laundry, and private patio. Two owner closets are locked and reserved for the host.

Guests are about 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and Biltmore Village by car, with easy access to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, galleries, shopping, the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and nearby outdoor adventures.

This apartment is located in a quiet residential community. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

The device does not record conversations, audio, video, or personal information.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 registered guests, and only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment or on the patio.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a three-story building and is accessed by stairs. There is no elevator, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.
