Beautiful little lodge up against a creek. Entire place is awesome! Comfy bed, great staff and adorable rooms! I will definitely stay here again when I am out this way!

DO NOT BOOK HERE

Everything about this listing is intentionally misleading. This place is trashed. Literal garbage everywhere, tarp on the roof, etc, just a disaster. Then once we finally were allowed to check in, 3 hours late, we were on the phone with our host discussing issues and requesting toilet paper, he said no and canceled our reservation. Which turned out better as we went to a hotel but he stole every dollar we gave him. Don’t fall for it.

Our stay

This was false advertising at its finest! Room was 51° when we entered. Took 3 hours just to get it warm. Website says satellite TV...it was internet streaming that worked for all of 20 minutes! We were booked for 5 nights. Stayed 2 and went to a Hampton Inn...boy what a difference! Do not book this place!

Nice mountain lodge

Room was clean and comfortable. Stream by the room was nice listening to at night. The TV and WYFI are hit and miss being up in the mountains. The dining room was open Friday and Saturday and the food was good. Would stay here again.

Overall good . Very reasonable price mostly clean interior. Vents and shower could have used some cleaning. Very comfortable bed. Creek is wonderful. Hot tub was not uncovered. Not sure about fitness center and due to Covid we did not ask. I did not see a spa as advertised. No cable or channels available, tv had a box free stream but channels on it.

you buy through Expedia and then when you need to cancel, no back up and the vrbo folks are a rip off

Unusual but fun experience

The property sits on a lovely creek. Our room was clean with nice linens and a comfy bed. We felt safe and comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar on site for dinner and a drinks. Food is marginal at best. Consider it bar food. Even so, there are few restaurant options in the area and it is nice to be able to grab a drink and burger without much trouble. The listing doesn't make it clear that the property has both hotel type of rooms as well as camp sites. The outdoor space has campers all around. We didn't really mind and everyone was quite nice. The owners could make things nicer and more inviting for guests by tidying up their own stuff outside their living area as well as making sure that benches, grills, and other outdoor space and items are clean and in working condition. All in all, we had a nice time, met some nice people, ate some bad food, drank some good drinks and will be back.

Great place to stay!

Loved staying at this place. Owners were very nice, place was clean and beautiful surroundings! Close to everything..
