We recently stayed at this hotel and appreciated a few thoughtful features. The bed was very comfortable, and the room included a mini bar, coffee machine, and a microwave, which added a nice touch of convenience.
The reception staff were kind and polite, although the check-in process could be more welcoming—we were presented with a pet fee agreement before even being greeted, which felt a little impersonal.
There are a few areas that could use some attention. We noticed a stain on one of the pillows, and the screen door was broken. The sink water appeared foamy and fizzy, which was a bit unusual.
Breakfast was provided, but unfortunately, the ingredients didn’t seem very fresh. The croissants were stale, and the eggs were cold and discolored, suggesting the food had been reheated rather than freshly made.
While there were definitely some positives, with a few improvements in cleanliness, hospitality, and food quality, this could be a much more enjoyable experience for future guests.
