They Stole my 330 Northface coat with my bank cards in it, I had to make a police report Nickolas Neville Was Very rude dismissive with no compassion or empathy considering it’s Christmas with my lil one’s with my moms in town is why we booked. I’ve been going to Ashford Wa. booking cabins with my grandfather and family since 1999 we’ve never had any issues. Nickolas is A Rude entitled owner that will speak over you, cut you off he’s controlling it’s a one-Sided Conversation, his cleanup crew instead of saying good morning or anything to us was circling near the hot tub turning their backs on us while texting him he screenshot the screenshot between him and his employee. Instead of her, just saying something she made us feel very uncomfortable and was very rude. It was eerie, and I was in a rush to get out Since she acted that way! I accidentally left my coat on the couch in a hurry. I went back seen in the windows they cleaned up and my coat was no longer on Nickolas couch, I had to file a report of theft. He also called the police on us for going back. If YOU are anyone of color, I would not rent from him. He does not have any African-American friends, once he seen our color Judgment was There.
