“We stayed here last July for my 40th as we wanted to be close to Madeline Island, but not camp. The main drawback was the list of restrictions. The red tape is I’m sure to avoid party goers, but it was a little bit of a turn off. Fortunately I asked the owners if it was ok to have my parents over for a fire abiding by the time limits posted and they ok’d it. Outside of that it was a great little place for my husband and I and our two kids (aged 1.5 and 10) to have dinner, sleep, have a camp fire...
