“Nice community with easy access to the city life ”

“Very nice. Comfortable. Clean.Good location. Good location to the city of Boston. T is just around the corner. Which made it easy for access to Boston. One exception a little noisy on the street. But it's a through street. Plus it can be noisy with upstairs neighbors. Few exceptions. Would be throw blankets. Possibly some towel hooks. Because we stayed there longer than a night. Some luggage racks. For our bags. Had to use chairs or put them on the floor. Supplies were thin. Like toilet paper...

“This was advertised as having 2.5 baths, which is why my friend and I booked it - each had our own bath. It actually has 1.5 baths. The good: The location was great and the beds were comfortable. The living room is a good size and would comfortably seats at least four adults. There are two beds in every bedroom. The A/C and washer/dryer worked well.The kitchen is small but had the basic needs.The not-so-good: - The yard of the property was weedy and appeared unkept. - The bathroom floor...

“We booked this property because it was advertised as an “entire house,” but when we arrived we found that wasn’t the case—there are people living downstairs. We could clearly hear them talking through the door that separates the first and second floors, which took away from the privacy we expected. It looks like the listing has been updated since we booked, but just be aware that this rental is only the top floor of an occupied home. Nice house overall, but not the private stay we anticipated”
