“Studio B unit is in the back of property, where we enjoyed the privacy and window view to a quaint tree filled yard. We enjoyed the visit by 2 deer the 1st morning. The bed sheets were clean and soft on the comfortable king bed. Kitchen had all the amenities needed for our 4 day stay here in Ashland, would stay again!”

“This lovely property was perfectly located and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed all that Ashland had to offer without driving. All dining, entertainment, and shopping was easily walkable. We enjoyed a fantastic show at the cabaret theater that was steps from the driveway of the property. The owner is responsive with easy no contact entrance and exit to property. ”

“Such a beautiful location! Like, absolutely gorgeous. Check-in was seamless and easy and we felt like we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The only thing I would say is that the water can be a little off tasting (old pipes will do that) so I would recommend buying some water for yourself beforehand if you’re a water snob like me. Otherwise perfect stay! Would definitely come here again. :)”

“This is a loft within a shared property housing several rooms/suites. Our space was private with an individual entrance on a shared yard and lot. The signage and access was very easy.
