“Staff was very personable! Cherri went over and beyond to assist me a few times during our stay. She has great energy and professional. I thought continental breakfast ended at 10am. Jack prepared a dish of scrambled eggs for me at 10am, even though they closed. I was so impressed he went out of his way to do that! And before I departed, he filled my cooler with ice. The beds are very comfortable. A cozy stay! I will return! Thank you.”

“Really enjoyed this hotel. The grounds and hotel are well kept. While it is a bit of a drive to downtown Ashland, the area felt really safe and was easy to drive to the more populated area. We had our dog with us and this hotel was very dog friendly and accommodating for our pet. My only regret was that we got in late and had to the leave the next morning. Would definitely stay again. ”

“This was a great little find for us. Its part of the best western family and we've always had very pleasant experiences with the brand. Its very walkable. So much to see within a few blocks. Great place to stay if you're attending a show for the Shakespeare festival. Our only issue was the spiders. So many spiders, outside on the car and in our room. We only stayed one night but managed to get jump scared by spiders a few times.it wasnt a terrible experience, just a note if youve got a fear of...

“The Stratford is very reasonably priced and in easy walking distance to town and the theaters. We have stayed here while attending OSF many times starting in 1986. We appreciate having a small fridge and microwave in the room, plus Safeway right across the street. It is an older property but generally in good condition. ”
