“Our experience was terrible because we didn’t know that nobody was on the lobby and we spend more that 4 hours to check-in because we didn’t know was only on line and we didn’t have internet, our son fix the problem from NY. When finally when in looks like we were the only ones inside. My husband is 70 and my self 67 and we didn’t know that was only stairs to go to the room and we were in the third floor.
