The house was great. Everyone was very comfortable. Easy to relax. And the setting was perfect! So pretty. We didn’t spend that much time in the house because we were on the mountain every day but it was great for apres ski. One tiny nit. There was no Sonos and I thought we were getting it….maybe I misread.

This property is beautiful; inside and out. The views are amazing, the location is wonderful, we had everything we needed to enjoy the beauty of Aspen and the beauty of Gods creation. The photos are accurate, though I feel like the property is even more spacious than the photos show. This property is located at the base of Aspen mountain; very convenient to the town, easy walk to the big park and all shopping. The walk back is a little tougher due to the incline, but that's the price you pay for staying at the mountain base, and it's great exercise. There's a lovely little pocket park on the same street where you can stop and catch your breath and enjoy the flowers! We spent 7 days here, there were 2 couples and 1 single, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. There is one bedroom on the first floor, but it's far enough from the main living space that you don't hear anyone in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms, plenty of basic supplies. There is a beautiful deck and a wonderful gas fireplace that you just flip a switch and have a nice fire! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed Aspen, drove to Marble for ATV's one day, went to the grottos for a short hike - gorgeous! We would love to stay here again. The property was easy to check in to, and any time we had an issue I texted the management team and got a quick response.

Amazing Stay!

My friends and I stayed over a long weekend in April, and the unit exceeded our expectations. Management was always there to answer our questions in a timely manner. The unit was spotless upon entry, and the location was feet away from a chairlift and a two-minute walk to all the stores, restaurants, and bars. The pictures online also did a great job representing the actual unit, which was more spacious than we originally expected. Highly recommend!

Pleasant stay, wish unit was better maintained, iTrip below expectations for management company

PROS- Renovated unit with modern clean decor- Well stocked kitchen and linens- Location for Blue & Black ski in ski out- Proximity to Aspen village (walk everywhere)- Gear delivery CONs- Maintenance needed. All items minor but signal attention onsite by owner is needed (Broken laundry room bifold door, carpet stains, Broken hair dryer,, rubbage left by cleaners, Welcome basket with opened food by others?)- Beds very firm mattresses (like 1.5 inches memory foam on hard foam block). - No Ski In Ski Out for Green / beginner runs- Over communication by iTrip - over services with dozens of calls and texts - not helpful nor required. One welcome and one check out email more than sufficient. Not to mention they asked us to check out early and tip cleaners- Requested an early check in in unassuming open way - received 2 replies - 1 gracious, 1 combative from 2 separate people. Odd and off putting Overall it was pleasant but there was room to improve by addressing maintenance items and iTrip needs to learn how to appropriately communicate and not overservice

Everything you need and excellent communication

Spacious, comfortable condo for a group. Clean and updated with mid- to high-end finishes and appliances, this is not a basic rental, nor is it over-the-top. It's everything you need. From booking, to travel, to arrival, to checkout the comms with the property manager were excellent: all by txt. They resolved an issue with our heating immediately and were easy to work with. Would def stay again. Perfect in-town, slopeside location, but at the top of a steep hill with several stairs to manage. Also beds are extremely firm. Not dealbreakers--just a heads up. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Stay!

Amazing stay in a perfect location! Can’t say enough about our hosts. They were very responsive and would check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Located in the heart of downtown yet backed up to the mountain for amazing views. Will be back soon!

Aspen Delight

Our stay was short but the condo was well stocked, super clean, communication with host was efficient and hospitable and location was awesome. Would definitely stay again. We had a wonderful stay here.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

The home is nicely updated with a bathroom for each bedroom, which is what we required. The location was perfect for us with compelling views from all the rooms. We normally stay at the St Regis, but the hotel was booked for some event. However, having a living room and kitchen was a nice change and we may try and do the same thing again next year instead of the St Regis. Absolutely no complaints!

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

This place was great!! It was the perfect place to call home for our 3 day trip. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked and 3 full bathrooms had everything. The host was helpful and accessible and checked in to touch base during our stay. The location is great too. I’d absolutely recommend staying here but I’m glad a previous guest mentioned that there are 40 steps to the unit- it was nice to know before booking. 10/10 and hope to be back soon!!

Great Location!

This property's location is ideal for ski vacationers -- and for summertime vacationers like me and my friends! We loved being nestled into the mountain side, while still being close to downtown and the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. What we also loved about this property: The flawless communications with the owners. They provided a thorough online guidebook that covered everything from how to access the condo to recommendations for entertainment. What's more: I don't think we ever waited more that a few minutes for an answer to a text question. The condo itself is well laid out -- three bedrooms positioned for quiet and privacy within the floorpan, private and well-stocked bathrooms for each, lots of space for clothes and storage, comfortable beds, comfortable living room space. Note that we didn't use the kitchen for much more than coffee, so we can't comment on its utility. Like the rest of the home, it was clean and well maintained. Guests should be aware that there are a good number of stairs to access the condo. Summer guests note that the outdoor deck is not really furnished for hanging out (a grill and some rudimentary benches). Yet -- we were very pleased with our stay!

Superb Location

We had a wonderful stay while visiting Aspen for a family reunion. The location was superb! Right at the base of Aspen Mountain. Was beautiful in the summer and I imagine would be idyllic during the winter. The management company was clear and responsive with all communication. Check in was easy and the home was exactly as described!

Definite MUST location in Aspen!

We loved our stay at Mountain #14. The location up against the hill…ski in/out was very convenient! Also, garage parking is always nice in the snow. Checkin was easy and streamline. Staff very accommodating & responsive to any questions/concerns!

Highly Recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our walk down memory lane as we have stayed at the Mountain Queen several times over the last 30 years so we were excited to find a unit for rent. The location is awesome and the place was well stocked and clean. The property management was also VERY responsive when we had a question or needed anything. Our only dissatisfactions were 1) the construction outside our window which seemed to be persistent and 2) the pool and spa were under construction so the kids could not use them. Overall, still five stars and we would stay here again.

Beautiful, well appointed, highly functional condo!

We loved our stay at the Mountain Queen. The condo is laid out in a very functional way. We had plenty of living/dining space to share. The kitchen was better equipped than any other place I've stayed. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans, and utensils. We knew from the pictures that we would have steps to climb to get inside. There are, in fact, 40 steps from the parking area to the front door. Fortunately, they all have handrails and anti-slip surfaces! This is not something that is a deal breaker, but nice to know, especially since we had some older members of our party. Also, the Mountain Queen is at the top of a hill, so it's an easy walk into town, but a little more challenging coming back to town. Still, a beautiful place to stay and I don't regret our choice at all.
