“The owner treated us very poorly. As soon as we arrived, he wanted to send us to another hotel because he said there was a problem (he'd given the room to someone else who was already settled in), even though I'd already paid for it in advance. The day we were leaving, he showed up screaming like a madman, saying we had to leave urgently. The hotel, the location, and the views are excellent, but the owner's mistreatment is unacceptable. “Wonderful hotel, excellent staff, helpfull in every way. Rooms are large, smartly furnished and comfortable. Breakfast is tops and made with fresh local ingredients. We had dinner at the hotel the first night we arrived. I would not recommended the dinner choices. The hotel is vertical like most of island. Before booking, please be sure thst you're able to go up and down many, many stairs.”
