“Excellent ”

“As always, everything was great!”

“The property was naturally beautiful and the landscape was well tended. The food was tasty and freshly prepared. Available staff was helpful but, No TV; bad wifi, no a/c, and worse of all no hot water! I did not continue my reservation. 2/5”

“Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodation. Highly recommendable hotel”

“Booked 3 rooms for 5 days with my team … managers and staff wasn’t interested in correcting the issue of having no warm water for showers… a basic amenity for staying in a hotel. This alone would recommend never staying at this property. “Restaurant and bar” were substandard and location extremely difficult to find and far from main town.”

“I fell in love with Kisii, much in thanks to Humphrey's Hill House. Their property is spectacular. Lush gardens with a enormous pavillion, trails, and many beautiful places to sit and take in the views. Very tastefully decorated with local cultural artifacts. Staff where ALL kind, curious, and professional. We especially enjoyed the hospitality in the rooftop lounge, where the music, good and cocktails were all very much enjoyed. My favourite parts of the room were the large window bed and rain...

“Great staff and ambience”

“For the village, the accommodation is not too bad however the lighting in the room was poor and the door to the bathroom was broken. For 60$ it’s not value for money. It’s more like a 30$ place. Positives were the staff who were very kind and went above and beyond. Their food was also really good! Good breakfast totally worth it but I would not stay here again”
