We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Franklin OZ house. It was a perfect place to get away for our Kansas girls weekend trip! The house is beautiful and has so many endearing features. The amenities are perfect and loved spending time looking at all of the collections in the house!

The Franklin House is a great place to stay. Located close to downtown and has several nice amenities. Even though the house is over 100 years old, several updates were down to the home to make it very cozy. Would recommend the house to anyone.

Cute house. Had lots of amenities that made the stay great. 4 bedrooms with comfy linen and plenty of baths for our group of 6.

Perfect Stay!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was spacious and clean. Loved all the Wizard of Oz memorabilia and themed rooms. Could not have had a better stay.

Wonderful House!

Benedictine weekend

Second time staying here!! Perfect place to visit our college age son. Hope to stay here again in the future. Each time we find one more unique thing.

6 family members stayed here during a weekend visit to Benedictine College. We enjoyed and appreciated the homeowner's homage to a family member who loved the Wizard of Oz and shared her extensive collection with all who stay at their home. We even did the scavenger hunt provided for fun! There was plenty of open space for family to gather and visit comfortably. What a charming and unique rental property.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s house! Clean and comfortable. The updates that were done are wonderful: modern convenience with old-fashioned nostalgia.

Family gathering

Some of our family stayed at Oz house while rest stayed at our sons in country. In total there were 26 of us. Wonderful place!!! Loved the theme & the scavenger hunt, our Granddaughter wasn't sure about the Wicked Witch bathroom, but soon she too enjoyed the house. Excellent place to stay.

Great place to stay

We were in town for BC Scholars weekend for my daughter. The house was full of Oz memorabilia and lots of fun to look at! We were very comfortable and had all the essentials. The host was very friendly and took care of any issues very quickly. We hope to stay again in the near future!

BC football weekend

Was very impressed with our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the college and easy to access. Loved looking at all the Oz memorabilia along with the details in the decorating and old wood trim/baseboards. Wish we had known of this place sooner as this is my sons last year at BC. Thank you for a great stay

Impressive

We enjoyed the house. Even though it is an older house, it had lots of character. It should be noted there are no bedrooms on first floor. We also went to Wamego to the Oz Museum. They had the facts, but Kelly's House was the most collective things I've ever seen.

Winter wedding fun

The entire house is so clean and nice! Decorated so cute, Wizard of Oz. Rooms large very nicely furnished. Nice roomy bathrooms, kitchen and living room comfy and well arranged. We were there in subzero weather and house was warm and comfortable. We will be back in October! Cant wait

Perfect for our family!

The house was cute, clean and full of interesting memorabilia! Close to town, plenty of bedrooms with comfortable bedding. Lots of space for my 2 young grandsons to play. Owners were quick to help with entry to house and also a television mishap. Only complaint would be lack of water pressure in the showers. We've stayed in a lot of vrbos, but this was my daughter's favorite. I'm sure we'll return soon!! 5 stars!
