“Stayed for three nights with 5 adults and 3 teenagers. The accommodations were perfect for us, everyone had their own room/bed. Huge house, great areas to hang out, esp the pool table room and the back “beer wall” room. Excellent communications with owners and easy check in/out. We used the grill two nights, covered from the rain. The deck was incredible and firewood/fire pit welcomed. Very close to Athens, state parks, etc. Would very much recommend / stay again if in area.”

“Unfortunately we found out the day before check in that the previous guests broke the ping pong table, understandable but when we asked if we could check in a couple of hours early, we never got a response. I felt like that would have been an easy way to “make it up” to us. We showed up at check in time and noticed right away how cloudy the pool was. The hot tub was clear. The inside was ok.
