“The property was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was the location---it felt very unsafe. It was loud, and truly felt like I was in the 'Getto' so to speak. I do not feel like the listing ensures you know. I was a single woman traveling and I didn't feel safe. I barricaded the door with furniture at night.”

“Needs some care outside the front and back of house. We purchased a curtain for the backdoor and left it there. On arrival, the smoke detector had been taken down and thrown outside of the house There were 2 dirty pans in oven These things were annoying . Otherwise the house was an OK place to stay.”

“The property was very musty smelling and very unclean. Several small things like towel racks etc were broken. The property was poorly renovated. I won’t be back ”

“Beautiful small townhome, we tried to communicate for check in information. Nothing was emailed to us until around noon the day of check-in. We had emailed earlier on the day and it took a few hours to respond. Entrance os on the front bit you can’t park there you have to park around the building in a small incline not sit able for an older person or a person with difficulty walking. Place was lovely and clean, quiet area.”

“The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. After inspecting the place, I noticed there was dust, dirt and grime all over...especially the upper level which contains the two bedrooms and bathrooms. There were no area rugs near the sofa or dining table as it was pictured in the photos online.
