The location was amazing and host was responsive at first, even bringing laundry detergent but there was no response when we asked for more coffee pods (we were given 6 for 3 adults over 4 nights stay). Two of the rooms had nice firm beds but the third room’s bed was a bit lumpy. Ultimately the two issues we had were small compared to the great location and ample space of the apartment

Perfect Location

As first timers to Athens, this was the perfect location to explore the city. Near great restaurants, shopping, metro, Acropolis and the numerous other attractions. Apartment was extremely clean and spacious. Valentina met us to check in and she was wonderful in sharing tips to great restaurants and areas to avoid. My friends and I thought we would be adventurous taking the metro to the airport since it was easy to use. Be warned the last four stops are on a railway which is significantly slower adding 40 minutes to the trip plus it costs each person €9 to get into the airport which we should have purchased the tickets at the subway station beforehand. We didn’t know this fact causing panic. Taking a taxi would have been a lot less stressful!

Perfect Location for Exploring Athens

Our stay at this property was exceptional! The location couldn't have been more convenient – just minutes away from the Acropolis and surrounded by some of the best food we had during our trip. With a metro stop only five minutes away, getting around the city was a breeze. Romain, who checked us in, was incredibly friendly and provided us with many great recommendations that enhanced our culinary experience in Athens. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable for our group of four, providing everything we needed. The only downside was that one of the showers was quite small, which was a bit of a nuisance. Overall, this excellent property greatly contributed to our enjoyment of Athens. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Great place!!

Harry had Romain meet us at the apartment and was so flexible and accommodating even though we didn't have a specific arrival time. The apartment was easily accessible, right near lots of great restaurants and the Acropolis, clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Romain even gave us restaurant recommendations for the nearby area (most of which we visited, they were fantastic!). Check out was seamless and simple. Loved this place!

Positive review for a family holiday

The location of this apartment is excellent and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Athens. Walking distance to all the city centres attractions with a supermarket, bakery and some excellent restaurants all on your doorstep. Aircon and good sized rooms throughout. Good communication with friendly English speaking hosts. Honestly couldn't recommend this property highly enough and will be staying agian next time in Athens.

Great location, horrible check in

The photos and description were accurate, and location is very close to the Acropolis, many restaurants, and shops. The host “Harry” communicated quickly before we arrived and even scheduled transportation from the airport. Our driver dropped us off and said the manager Dimitri will meet us in 5 minutes. We patiently waited, and waited, and waited. Numerous calls and messages to both the host and manager went unanswered. Our family of 6 started to panic and wondered if we needed to find other accommodations for the next 2 nights, even though we fully paid for this place. Another family arrived at the building 45 minutes after us and then 15 minutes later a woman arrived to let them in. She asked who we were waiting for and responded, “oh, I will just let you in to the apartment.” We were never contacted or received an apology from Harry or Dimitri. So while the apartment and location were great, I would not recommend this VRBO based on the stressful check in process.

Great location, good for family

My family of four stayed for three nights - I have two kids and everyone had a nice size room which was great. The property manager arranged a driver to pick us up late and the driver had the key so he helped us get settled when we arrived late. The apartment has a balcony off the living room which we ate our breakfasts out on - it was nestled in a neighborhood with cafes and bars, so great location. Short walk to the Acropolis.

Heerlijk appartement

Fijn appartement met 3 slaapkamers. Allemaal 2 persoonsbedden (1 wat kleiner dan de anderen). 2 badkamers is fijn. Hoewel douche op 1 badkamer erg klein is (en laag voor lange mensen). Balkons prettig. En de buurt is fijn. Veel goeie restaurants en binnen paar minuten lopen ben je bij acropolis. Enige minpuntje vonden we dat er geen haakje is om de douchekop op te hangen(bij beide douches)

Perfect for us!

Romain was terrific- so helpful in getting us settled in. The location was great . We loved the bakery and crepe place nearby for breakfast. Easy walk to all the sights.

Fabulous location!

My family loved staying here. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was plenty of space. It was clean, the house was responsive and helpful, and there were many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We also loved the short walk to the Acropolis. Would definitely stay here again.
