I hate to give a bad review, but this had to be the worst VRBO we've stayed in. First, there is a homeless shelter next door, and there are lots of homeless people walking around. As a house full of women and high schoolers, we didn't feel very safe. We were never approached, but still felt uncomfortable. Second, the house was dirty. Bathrooms had issues with water not draining, and the shower curtains were filthy. This might be ok for a bunch of college kids coming in for a football game, but not for families. There was mail piled up in the pantry, and old food was opened in the cabinets. There was a bit of a bug problem, and the beds were all squeaky. The coffee table and bar stool were broken so made eating at the bar or hanging out in the living room not relaxing. In all fairness, I didn't give the manager or the owner a chance to fix any of this and didn't complain while we were there. We had a busy weekend at a swim meet at UGA and there was really nothing they could do to fix it at the moment. Hopefully this will help fix it for the next guests.
