Lovely property and Katerina was so helpful. She even left us a gift of wine and sweets. So thoughtful! Only thing that I didn’t realize is that there was only a washer and not a washer/ dryer combo. No problem though, just hung up clothes on clothing rack and dried pretty quickly. Overall, everything was as posted.

This is a fabulous little property. It has very easy transport links to get quickly into all the main tourist areas and easily around the city. However if you want to explore modern Athens it offers some wonderful areas all within easy walking distance. I was shown many local areas around the first cemetery of Athens with nice bars and places to eat. There’s so much to see that’s off the main tourist trail and there’s a good amount of that very close to this property. Katerina was very helpful and kept in contact throughout my stay and offered lots of tips and things for me to do and see. I had a terrific time.

Wonderful host - helpful and attention to detail!

You can tell Katerina loves to host! She helped us many times - when we needed to adjust our reservation after accidentally booking too many days, to giving many unique recommendations, to even picking us up and taking us to the property. We were greeted with fresh fruit, wine, and fresh local pastries too! So nice after a long journey! We experienced an issue where the map on VRBO shows that the location is near Plaka and the Temple of Zeus, however it is actually about 1.5km south of there, located near the Agios Ioannis metro station. To be clear - our host gave us the correct address and her written description is accurate. It is only VRBO’s map and auto-generated distances from nearby attractions that are not. It confused us though so I hope it will be updated. We still enjoyed the location since it was so easy to hop on the metro (which is very safe, clean, fast, and well connected!) We explored Athens by day and worked at night due to our remote jobs. The internet was fast - I personally didn’t have any problems but my boyfriend did have trouble staying connected, I think because his video call platform uses a lot of bandwidth. He ended up getting a Vodafone SIM card and that worked for him. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We slept well in the comfortable bed, had space for each of us to work, were able to do laundry. We had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend!

This was our first trip to Greece and we started here in Athens. With flight delays and lost luggage it was after 1:00pm and we were not able to take the metro, which was a shame because the apartment is very conveniently located and a trip on the metro to the airport is only €9. The cab cost us 60$ and he dropped us off at the wrong place. Luckily we found a policeman who told us we were at the wrong address but were close by—should cost us about €6. We found another cab who charged us another €20! Anyways, Katerina was so kind. She messaged us to make sure we got in and sent a neighbor over with fresh warm pastries to welcome us the next morning. She also gave us great tips of places to go and restaurants to try. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also had a good air conditioner which we really appreciated because Athens was really hot when we visited in September. The kitchen was well outfitted and Katerina had some fruit and cookies there for us as well—which was so nice! Especially because we had been traveling for the more than 24 hours to get there and with complications at the end—we were hungry and tired. It was a relief to find the apartment and feel welcomed. So close to the metro station, we made good use of the 5 day metro pass to visit the sites around the city. And the apartment felt like home. There is a clothes washer with laundry detergent and clothes pins under the sink that came in handy. I would recommend this place!❤

Modern and comfy in the middle of town

This modern and spacious studio was a perfect stay for my business travel. The location is within two blocks of a metro station with only a couple of stops to the Acropolis (or you can walk there within 30 mins). There were plenty of cafes, bakeries, shopping and restaurants in the area. Several major supermarkets were within a few mins of walking and the studio came equipped with a full kitchen and dishwasher. I had a wonderful stay and will return to this location when I visit Athens again.

KK Athens Fine Stay

The apartment was equipped with all high quality amenities. It was perfectly clean upon arrival and the owner had provided some extra goodies - bottled water, fruit, snacks and wine which I greatly appreciated. The location is perfect! It is located down the street from the metro and bus service (a 5 minute walk). Also in the neighborhood (5 - 10 minute walk) is a Kafeneo and bakery, mini market, pharmacy and full size super market (grocery store). The owner has great attention to detail for the property - great amenities comfortable bed, air conditioning, free WiFi, beautifully decorated. She genuinely wants her customers to enjoy their visit to the Athens area. She exceeded all my expectations for my visit! I look forward to returning to Athens and staying at this property in the future!

Athene exploration

We stayed at KK Athens fine stay for 4 nights. The appartement is perfect for a couple. Its near Aghios Ioannis metro station, about 10 minutes from Plaka. The host is very helpful; she sent us different activities and restaurants recommendations. She even kept our luggage after our check out se we could visit the city some more before our flight. Overall, very nice appartement and host.

10/10 would book again!

Katarina was the best hostess you could imagine. She picked us up from the airport and brought us to the apartment, she also had very tasty cookies from a bakery with a sweet letter for us. The apartment was very centrally located and you could get anywhere with the subway station right across the intersection. Katarina was also so nice and gave us lots of tips on where to eat out and where to get the best moussaka in town. The apartment had everything we needed and we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend the accommodation and would book again and again.
