La terraza y la ubicación, wow!!

El apartamento es pequeño pero suficiente para cuatro personas. Las fotos muestran exactamente lo que te encuentras. Pero no reflejan la magnífica terraza compartida de la azotea. Es mucho mejor que en las fotos. El ambiente en el barrio es muy agradable y fantástico para pasear, con muchísimos restaurantes de calidad y a 10 minutos de zonas muy representativas de Atenas. Muy bien. Gracias a Katerina y a Evangelos.

Perfect location for a trip to Athens. Close to shops and restaurants but very quiet at night. The apartment had everything we needed and our host was very responsive. We'd definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Athens.

We had a wonderful stay; the apartment is lovely and is in a excellent location. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and a brilliant view of the Acropolis. The apartment was well equipped with good size bedrooms and beds. Everything was nicely decorated and the roof terrace is just wonderful.

We had a wonderful trip to Athens, and this apartment was perfect for my wife and me. It’s located in an incredible area, with nearly everything within walking distance. While it was a bit difficult to find initially as foreigners, there is a main pedestrian walkway at the bottom of the road that makes getting around very easy.As with much of Athens, navigating the surrounding roads can be a challenge, but that’s simply part of the city’s charm. Communication lagged a bit more than we would have preferred, and unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning properly when we attempted to arrange its use.Overall, we highly recommend this apartment for its outstanding location, spaciousness, and the incredible view of the Acropolis.

The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. The views of the Acropolis must be the best and were more impressive than the pictures. We spent mornings and evenings on the rooftop where you could hear the artists playing their music. It was very relaxing and soothing. It was very safe as well. The kitchen also worked well and had all the utensils you need and two grocery stores were only a few blocks away. The host was very kind and checked in on us via the app to make sure everything was going well. The location is right next to many restaurants and our favorite….the ice cream and yogurt shop! (Yum!) I would recommend this apartment and this host to everyone! If we return we will definitely select this apartment and location again!

The view was amazing! Great place to stay in the heart of Athens. Host was very welcoming, great communication. I experienced a medical emergency during my stay that required 2 nights in a local hospital and the host was very accomodating and flexible with check-out and ability to extend given my unknown timeline. Hope to return and give Athens another go here in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Athens apartment! It was spotless, well equipped and in a fabulous location for exploring the city on foot. The blackout blinds were next-level, and the balcony overlooking the open-air cinema was a total highlight for both us and the kids. Don't forget to make time to enjoy the gorgeous rooftop terrace- early morning yoga or coffee and sunset dinners up there were unforgettable. Highly recommend you book!

Best Place To Stay!

The apartment was clean, provided everything we needed. Comfortable beds/mattresses but the VIEW!! You have a complete unobstructed view of the Acropolis. It is just unbelievable. There is an outdoor movie theater but do not let that deter you. They have thought of everything. They have installed sound proof doors and you cannot hear a thing. Plus the movie isn’t on late. Plus the movies are great and you have a free ticket to the show from the balcony-which we enjoyed. But again, the VIEWS!! I am convinced this is the best view of the Parthenon/Acropolis in Athens. My husband and I would stay here again 100%. Also, everything was in *walking distance*. Shops, restaurants, monuments, squares everything.. and remarkably really quiet. It’s perfect. Oh and there is a cute mom and pop ice cream/gelato shop really close. The owner was quick to get in touch with and very friendly-provided everything we needed and more.

Acropolis luxury

100% rating. Our stay here was the 4/last stop of a 20 day European tour. The location was perfect to all the activities we scheduled for this leg of the journey. The apartment itself was clean and modern, ours had an amazing view of the Acropolis from the balcony.

Nous avons adoré nos petits spa sur le toit après nos journées de marche à visiter « priceless ». Les terrasses des restaurants n’ont rien à envier à cette magnifique vue. L’appartement est très propres et beau, le balcon avec une ne porte dans chaque chambre apporte un charme. Le sèche linge nage et beaucoup de petits détails nous fait apprécier notre choix encore plus. Merci

Exactly what we needed!

We were delighted by the proximity to lots of cafes and restaurants!! With a built in view of the acropolis from the balcony or rooftop, you can skip some of the restaurants with poor reviews that offer such a view. Shopping and subway is about a 10-15 minute walk, along with many attractions. As a bonus, we even watched a movie from our balcony…English subtitles were displayed!! We were delighted!

Great location

Location and views fabulous

Good points - view (from both balcony and roof top), comfortable beds, equipped kitchen (but couldn’t find toaster), owner answered any questions quickly, location (restaurants and sightseeing on your doorstep with a short walk to Plaka for more), Wifi strong, free view of open air cinema (can relax and take in the movie from your apartment) Not so good points - open air cinema is next door and it sounds like it’s in your room (picture can go on till after 23:00), next door is a vacant area where tramps sleep, no tv in sitting area (it’s a reuse of the entrance area because one bedroom looks like it was originally the lounge), this ‘second bedroom’ has a glass block wall so no privacy for the occupant. All in all this is a good accommodation to stay when visiting Athens but has a few shortcomings.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is in a high-end neighborhood and has great view and perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent the first night out in the balcony watching a movie in the outdoor theater. The laundromat is a few minutes away, which we found using google. It's in a touristy area, so we ended up buying a things from nearby stores while the the clothes was being washed.

Perfect little Athens getaway!

For us, this accommodation was just perfect! Close to the train services and within walking distance to most of what Athens has to offer. The unit had most of what we needed, just would have liked some instructions on how and where to get some things done (washing & local services), took us a few attempts to lower and raise shutters - silly little things like that. There is an open air cinema right next door and although this might put some people off, we loved having the best seats in the house and enjoyed a few good films on the balcony in the evening. Overall we thought it was fantastic value for money and loved our stay - thank you

Athenian Paradise

The apartment is right on the pedestrian street in front of the Acropolis. The nearest train station is 5-10 minutes away. From there, you can catch the metro anywhere in the city. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. You can sit on the balcony or on the rooftop to catch a glorious view of the Acropolis. You must see it at night! The host, Evangelos, is very helpful and accommodating. You can’t find a better place to stay in Athens; I’m positive!
