Bonito concepto pero lamentablemente la habitación/loft no estuvo listo cuando llegamos. Por no tener una recepción o personal los demás residentes del edf llegan a altas horas de la noche con mucho escándalo. No pudimos dormir.

EL PEOR SUPUESTO HOTEL EN QUE ME HE HOSPEDADO
Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida, (yo viajo regularmente).. no dan información correcta.. 1ero nunca hubo nadie en la recepción por consiguiente no había nadie que te ayudara con las maletas. NO TIENE ELEVADOR Y LAS ESCALERAS SON TIPO CARACOL, las que son un poco peligrosas tanto para bajar como para subir el equipaje que aun estoy esperando que alguien me lo subiera. Me dieron un apto y cuando regreso cansada de visitar Atenas encuentro un papel pegado en la puerta que decía que ese no era mi apto que tenia que mudarme a la azotea, adicional NO HABÍA TELÉFONO, lo cual me parece una irresponsabilidad si pretenden vender el concepto de hotel....gracias a Dios mi pesadilla solo fue un día. la cama estaba dura, los artículos de tocador en griego (claro un pote de shampo y acondicionador que se compra en el supermercado) la verdad me sentí muy insegura en ese lugar. Por lo que NO SE LES OCURRA ALQUILAR EN ESTE "SUPUESTO HOTEL"

Dear guest, We apologise for the inconvenience. However we have sent you the check in instructions (by appointment or self check in) email and tried to call in order to set up an appointment with you. This is a hotel apartment lodging and we do not have a 24hr reception service. Our contact details are placed at the entrance of the building, in the reception area and a house manual is placed in each unit and any guest is able to contact us if we are not there (using our phone device). As all above information are also stated on the booking confirmation voucher (hotels, com), we may only assume that you booked through a travel agent who did not share this information with you.

Eine geräumige und zum Zentrum (Monastiraki) nahe gelegene Unterkunft. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das gegenüberliegende Restaurant hat leckeres Frühstück zubereitet (inklusive). Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und in der Straße ist einiges los, sodass man gefühlt mitten im Geschehen ist. Leider lagen die Matratzen falschherum auf dem Bett, sodass die Federn unangenehm nach oben stachen. Beim Wenden der Matratze hat man vieles gesehen, was man hätte nicht sehen wollen. Auch der Teppich war sehr dreckig und staubig. Da wir im Februar dort waren, war es auch recht kühl. Nachts haben wir sehr gefroren, da es nur ein Betttuch als Decke gab. Es gibt keine Rezeption, also auch niemanden den man nach einer dickeren Decke hätte fragen können. Geheizt wird über die Klimaanlage. Dies funktioniert tagsüber soweit auch in Ordnung. Allerdings ist die Klima zur kältesten Zeit des Tages ab 22:00Uhr abgeschaltet und lässt sich erst wieder ab 07:00Uhr nutzen. Die Warmwassersituation ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber in Ordnung. Allem in allem eine nette Unterkunft für ein Wochenende. Bei längeren Trips erfährt man hier keine Erholung.

Major stuff-up
When we arrived we were told that there had been a major stuff-up and the room that we had booked was not available. The staff went out of their way to provide a room an other hotel not too far away (of lower quality) and were very apologetic. But after traveling for 25 hours it wasn't great to be told that there was no room at the inn. Not sure if it was a Hotels.com stuff up or by the hotel itself, but not great.

Μεγάλο δωμάτιο και άνετο.Πολυ ταλαιπωρημένο δωμάτιο ομως,χωρίς φροντίδα.Φθαρμενα έπιπλα και τοίχοι.Το μπάνιο αν και ευρύχωρο ήταν πρόχειρο φτιαγμένο ,γεμάτο μούχλα και η λεκάνη ξεκολλημενη.Επισης η φασαρία κατά τις νυχτερινές ώρες είναι ανυπόφορη.Δεν θα το προτιμησω ξανά.

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. Having 2 toilets when you a group of 5 people was really an advantage, although the second toilet was very simple.

Do NOT book here. The photos are very deceiving. Out the the 50 photos only about 5 are from the room itself the rest are from the lobby. And the photos of the room are cut off so you don't see the problems. The place is old, dirty, and falling apart. It also not a hotel which is what I was expecting. It's more like AirBnB. I don't know how they are listed on Expedia. I was not aware Expedia listed these properties. I don't know how they have a 4.2 star rating. Very disappointed. Place was a disaster with dirty mop, and other cleaning items placed randomly such as broom left in a corner which I suppose as a kitchenette/broom closet, toilet/mop&bucket room, washroom sink/toilet brush/cleaner holder. Place was dirty with thick dust and either Ikea furniture that was falling apart or 2 nd hand items that were picked up from the street after they were thrown out. After the 2nd day it started to smell like sewer water. I figured it would go away but after 2 days of dealing with the stench. I called Expedia to check out early. They agreed with me but the owner has yet to refund me the balance of the stay. Very unethical owner, does not answer phone or emails.To post a listing in this condition is fraud/false advertising. Once again, DO NOT BOOK HERE!

We are operating our Boutique Hotel for 5 years with great success and reviews ( as you admitted ). Our facility is exactly as it is shown at the photos and we are very happy that our guests enjoy their stay . Your review is unserious and invalidated, that's why you didn't put your name and you made it anonymous. Expedia shouldn't let anonymous reviews to exist.

Bell'appartamento luminoso, ampio, e ben tenuto, arredato in modo sobrio e funzionale,con gusto vintage. Materassi comodi, impianto aria condizionata silenzioso, finiture OK. In posizione strategica per visitare la città e raggiungere l'aeroporto o il porto.

La chambre est propre et très spacieuse. Mais je n'étais pas à l'aise avec la douche et la cuisine. Ces pièces sont propres mais ne sont pas très modernes par rapport à la chambre. Le personnel est très sympathique et réactif. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Athènes.

Good but 1 bad point in honesty of hotel staffs
About good points, the room was very wide and clean. and very near to many historical monuments and shopping area. And also the replies from the hotel staffs are very quick before and during my stays. About 1 bad point, I selected this apartment because the hotel staff explained to me that this building has the washing machine for clothes, but after starting my stays, they announced me that the washing machine can't be used because of COVID19. They should have explained to me about it before my stays.

Really nice, spacious place about 50m from Monastiraki Square. They were very accommodating to our late arrival and I couldn't have been happier with my stay here, would definitely book again.

The apartment is spacious but it is on the ground floor with no windows on the exterior. The main window is on an internal area. The kitchen is not fully equippped and quote old.

Für uns nicht 4 Sterne Standard
Bewertung ist basierend auf dem versprochenen 4 Sterne Rating für diese Unterkunft. Apartment ist groß, sauber und komfortabel. Jedoch hatten wir einige Auffälligkeiten, die jedoch leicht zu beheben wären: Beleuchtung hat etliche defekte Leuchtmittel, Holzstrebe am Kopfteil eines der Betten war gebrochen, Holzrahmen an der Dusche ist durchgefault (wegen Feuchtigkeit), Duschkopf und Duschkontrolle war defekt. Ebenfalls hatten wir Warmwasserprobleme und mussten zwischen dem Duschen von 2 Personen warten, dass der Warmwassertank wieder warm war. In der Beschreibung sind Parkplätze angegeben, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass es nur einen auf einem benachbarten Parkplatz gibt und dieser vor reserviert werden muss. Eine Alternative ist ca 5-6 Gehminuten entfernt

Zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt, nachts durchaus ruhig, großes Zimmer, WLAN, Check-in OK; Ausstattung eher einfach, egal, was beim Check-In gesagt wird, das Zimmer wird nur aufgeräumt, wenn das Türschild außen an die Türe gehängt wird.

가족단위 좋은 아파트
룸 업그레이드 해주셔서 넓은 공간에서 아주 편안히 보냈습니다. 그리스 인테리어를 볼 수 있어 좋았어요. 세탁서비스도 무료로 해주시고, 바로 옆 마트가 있어서 편했어요. 지하철 및 홉앤홉 버스도 5분거리라 바로 탈 수 있었어요. (홉앤홉 버스에서 티켓 구매) 옥상 테라스에서 아크로 폴리스가 왼쪽으로 보여 아침에 차한잔하기 좋았고, 늦은 시간에 체크인시간 미리 말해놓으니 기다려주시고, 짐도 올려주셨습니다. (계단 이용해야함) 바로앞 사람많은 중앙광장은 저녁에는 너무 번잡하고 호객도 많이하니 가급적 조심하시는게 좋습니다. 큰 아파트 공간이니 가족단위가 좋고,여성분들은 좀더 조용한 곳을 추천드립니다. 저는 더 묵고 싶었으나 이미 다 예약되어 제우스신전 쪽으로 옮기긴했는데 좀더 조용하고 좋은것 같긴합니다.
