It’s about a mile walk to downtown Athens which I didn’t mind. It is an uphill walk coming back to the house. The landscaping needed some work and the apartment behind the house, but overall the house was quaint. Comfortable beds, shower worked but the bathroom was tight. Only room for 1 person at a time. I am a clean freak so the house was a little dusty, mainly the baseboards and horizontal areas like the shelving. Lighting was confusing in the living room as we could only get one light to work over the sofa. Overall the experience was a quaint 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage with updates and it served our purpose well - to visit Athens and go to the football game, experience downtown.
