I will start off by saying that the team at Eternity was the best part of the experience - a that is saying a lot because the hotel has much going for it. From the moment we arrived until our departure after our last breakfast, the staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure we were enjoying our experience. Though the hotel is relatively new and a few kinks are still being worked out, the staff always had a workaround to ensure we got what we needed. Their attentiveness and efforts were greatly appreciated. Beyond that, the location is perfect. There is so much available right outside of the doors from restaurants to shopping to historic and cultural sites. We really felt as if we were in the middle of everything - able to walk to almost all of our destinations. Two metro stops were conveniently available for further destinations. We had room 602 which had a balcony and an amazing view including the Acropolis. The room was comfortable and adequate for two adults and one child. We did have an issue with the shower drain but the cleaning staff was attentive and helped us work through it. Overall we loved our stay and would eagerly stay at Eternity again. We highly recommend it!

The people who work at Eternity are so friendly and helpful, and the location can’t be beaten for proximity to the buzz of Monastiraki and Plaka. There were a couple of items unfinished in my room but nothing that impacted my stay; I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Athens!

The property looked beautiful however the tiles in the bathroom and shower were very slippery. The floor waste overflowed with suds from the room above. We could hear the trickling of the shower above too and footsteps. We could hear noise in the hallway too. I don’t think the soundproofing is good enough for this hotel especially for the price, the bed was very comfortable and overall the appearance of the room was excellent. When the hotel organized transport they charged us €55 and a taxi showed up. We could have organized this ourselves as the fare was €36 but we had to pay €55. I know this hotel has recently opened but there are a few things to consider when charging customers $750 a night. We had to leave early so a takeaway breakfast was given to us and it consisted of a stale sandwich.

Centrally located hotel in the heart of Athens. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Extensive breakfast buffet. Special thanks to Chris for his hospitable and professional service! Both the room and bathroom are spacious. Excellent, efficient housekeeping. A wide selection of restaurants and rooftop bars nearby, as well as many luxurious shops within walking distance.

We loved the view from the Acropolis, especially when illuminated at night. Perfect location near the ruins and Plaka neighborhood. The young woman at the front desk was so kind and eager to help and gave us great advice. Nice options are offered for breakfast, which is included.

Eternity Athens is a truly lovely hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, creating a very positive first impression. The rooms are stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better within walking distance of the main sights and great dining options. I really appreciated the calm atmosphere after a busy day in the city. I would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitatation.

Great hotel with excellent service. Staff is stellar and very attentive to all the guests needs. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary on this trip and the staff really made us feel special 😊 Just a few growing pains to be sorted ( especially given it’s a 5star hotel ) which could be due to the fact that it’s a new hotel : No hooks for towels in the bathroom , no robes in the room , no blow dryers or power outlets in the bathroom ( apparently no longer allowed due to code in Greece ), lastly - the exit sign above our room door was extremely bright so a bit difficult to sleep especially if you like the room dark (also apparently a building code item). Overall, the hotel and staff are lovely and we expect this hotel to be a favorite among travellers to Athens!

This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to see the heart of Athens. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms, and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They arranged transport for us several times, and even hooked us up with gorgeous rooftop seating at the Hyper bar and grill. The view of the Acropolis is out of this world, and they also have an area to take a photo framed by flowers. This hotel is in the downtown Monastaraki district and is within a five minute walk to Plaka. This is a very safe area, with tons of great food and shopping areas. The hotel even gave us a bottle of wine with our room, and the beds are very comfortable. Zero complaints here. I would highly recommend this establishment, and will be staying here again when I return to Athens.

It was very clean. The staff was unbelievable nice, knowledgeable, and caring. It close to everything. The room was a bit small. The bathroom was beautiful. It was all in marble which is slippery. Their were no safety handles and my husband was concern of us falling.

I believe this js one of the best options in Athens It is a brand new hotel ,they opened 3 months ago It means everything is brand new !! The hotel is a luxury chic boutique, decorated with exquisite taste , marble all over The staff is extremely professional and always there to solve any little detail They are always ready to help !! While all the others hotels around in similar prices are old and not nice this in a gem in the area !! Small lobby but amazing restaurant to relax for drinks or just being there Breakfast is delicious and everything is included Home made pastries omelettes and Greek specialities The location is perfect , even it js in downtown the block where js located is a nice block where you feel safe ,totally walkable to everywhere From the Parthenon to the museums to the parliament and even to kolonaki that is a great area to visit to see high end boutiques Only 20 minutes walking I saw a one bad review that make no sense at all to me , The hotel smells amazing , brand new and all about this hotel is 5 stars I spent 4 days and one day was better than the other I believe this hotel in the future will cost double of what it js today because you can not even compare this with others in the same range price Probably because is new and still not mant reviews And they will have a roof with view to the acropolis in the next few months Any room is perfect of course that if you can book the room with the balcony and the view will be the idea ,
