I've stayed here several times in their king rooms. The ones on the upper levels, third floor maybe, are wonderful. The ones on the first floor on the east side of the building (the side with no side parking lot) show their age a little more than the others, but for a first floor room, they are quiet and convenient to outside doors, the lobby, and the pool. Unfortunately, the king rooms on the first floor on the west side of the building (the side where the outside door opens to the side parking lot) are the absolute loudest motel rooms I've stayed in in decades! Now, to be fair, the room I've always stayed in there is actually a hearing impared king room, but I haven't had any trouble when I've stayed in other hearing impared rooms in that building, and sometimes hearing impared people travel with non-hearing impared people and for those traveler, those first floor king rooms on that side of the building are ridiculously loud. The ice machine is as loud as a freight train and I think I was two rooms down from it. The compressor on the air conditioner in my room was so loud that it woke me up every time it kicked on...and I'm on medication that knocks me out hard at night. The rooms seemed less insulated or maybe the way the room is there isn't as much space or thinner walls between the room and the hallway because I could hear even relatively quiet people walking up and down the hall. It reminded me of staying at an old Motel 6 with seemingly paper walls.
