Hotel que puede mejorar si les interesa.
Los dos caballeros q atienden turno tarde y noche son muy serviciales. El q cubre al q está permanentemente eso muchísimo más caballeroso, e incluso me dio una información que no me dio la empleada de la mañana, aun cuando le pregunté y eso me molesta mucho, pues yo tenía derecho a tomar un desayuno y cuando a ella le pregunté donde podía desayunar me mandó a un restaurante ajeno al hotel y fue el señor que sustituye al que me atendió la primera vez quien me dio la información del desayuno; yo estoy muy molesta porque la señorita como que no le interesaba para nada mi necesidades. Luego, en la habitación NO HABÍA ENCHUFE PARA LOS CELULARES.

Pay more elsewhere and get better
I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place is horrific. The people who work here are lovely, but the place itself is not. The mattress was buldging at one side due to probably being 20+ years old, it didn’t have a mattress protector on & was covered by one sheet, which moved through the night. The HORROR and disgust I felt after seeing the state that lay on the mattress itself. The area is also dodgy with zombie looking drug addicts around every corner, I did not feel safe here nor comfortable with how unclean the place was

Let’s begin with good points, Staff was amazing, they did what they could, professional and friendly. Rooms were kept clean throughout our 1 week stay. We received much help and tips on how and where to go which was amazing. There is plenty of restaurants, pubs and fast foods in the area. Negatives, area outside the hotel looks crispy, its safe but you might feel uneasy when guy you pass by injects something into his vein. Its a big problem throughout whole of Athens, not just this Hotel… View from balcony, nothing they can do about it but really if you a smoker youll end up looking at a 6 story tall grey wall, pigeons gonna keep you company at all times. Paper walls, you can hear too much, so others can hear you as well. Overall don’t be discouraged, go and explore! After all, you get what you pay for :D

The hotel is very conveniently located near a subway which is very helpful.. The hotel itself could use a update though I had a view of an unpainted wall outside and the bathroom only had a hand held shower. other then that it was very inexpensive and I felt safe there and the staff was very nice!

Le lit était confortable, mais la salle de bain était en piteux état… sans parler des murs délabrés qui s’effritent de la chambre. De plus, très peu d’insonorisation donc on entendait clairement tout l’étage. En bref, ça dépanne pour une nuit. Quand vous sortez ils faut laisser les clés au concierge (j’ai horreur de ça). De plus, au matin, j’ai été en ville chercher un café, je n’avais pas fais 5 mètres que le personnel de chambre tente d’ouvrir ma porte. Alors que je n’avais pas fait le check-out…

Ganz ok fuer den Preis. Ist aber ein Raucherhotel. Man riecht den Zigarettenrauch von anderen die im Zimmer oder Flur rauchem im eigenen Zimmer. Nahe zur U-bahn.

Ok for the price
The staff is super friendly and probably the most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered. The beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. Out the door to the right was a not so great neighborhood, but out the door to the left was a square that had both public transportation and a hop on hop off bus stop, and a really great little restaurant.

When in Athens, stay here!
Our stay at Nafsika was fantastic! This was actually our fourth time staying there in a little over a year. This is not a fancy hotel by any means, the decor is actually quite dated. However, what it lacks in decor, it makes up for tenfold with everything else. Let's start with the reception, Yiannis and Michael are the nicest and so helpful, they give you 5 star treatment without shelling out the big bucks! The hotel is very clean. The location can't be beat you're right around the corner from the metro and there's a 24 hour bakery down the street that sells the most delectable treats dirt cheap. Not only do I recommend this hotel, I plan to stay there every time I go to Athens (this is my second time in a year).

Overnatning tæt på Akropolis
Fem min. til metro og ti min. med metro, så var man ved det fascinerende Akropolis. Hotel Nafsika er et velbeliggende hotel, og vi fik et værelse på 7. sal med en dejlig altan med udsigt til by og bjerge. udmærket morgenmad fik vi på en cafe på den anden side af gaden. Personalet var meget venligt og imødekommende.

Meu quarto só ficou disponível 3 dias após nossa chegada, ficamos em um quarto improvisado....Não tinha cortinas blackout como anunciado.....nem roupões de banho....tiveram dias que o quarto não foi arrumado e nem limpo, o anúncio dizia que o check-in era até as 6:00 da manhã...chegamos a 1:00 da manhã e tivemos que pagar mais 50,00 euros( uma diária a mais) a tv do quarto não funcionava....ao falar com a recepcionista....ela disse.... - eu sei- e nada foi feito café/chá anunciado que havia na recepção...não tinha....bar/lanchonete que estava no anúncio....não tinha...garrafas de água grátis...não tinha...decepção total...hotel muito precário.

Your comments are TOO FAR FROM THE TRUTH! You had arrived at 0.100 at hotel but 1 day earlier . Your reservation was for next day after 12.30 pm!!!!!!!!! WE GAVE YOU A ROOM FOR FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!You have stayed in our hotel 1 more NT WITHOUT PAY ANYTHING FOR FREE. We have EXPLAINED TO YOU THAT CHECK IN TIME IS NEXT DAY AFTER 12.30 PM, because the reservation was for next day . You have understand but you stay 1 NT WITHOUT PAY ANYTHIG !!!!!!!!!! We were waiting from you just thank you ....NOTHING ELSE!!!I IN OUR COUNTRY WE SAY THANK YOU IF SOMEONE HELPS US!!!! I AM VERY SORRY . Yannis
