  • Literally steps from Foley Field and the UGA campus, The Dugout at Five Points is your perfect destination when visiting Athens for a sporting event, shopping, or just enjoying life. Parking available for up to 6 cars. Walking distance to Sanford Stadium, Five Points, Foley Field, Magill Tennis Center, and Stegeman Coliseum. Baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, track and field -- this is the place!

    3 bedrooms each have a queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa.

Great location with good amenities. Fit perfectly for our reason to be in Athens. Only complaint I would have is the housekeeping could have been a little neater but nothing horrible. We will use this house again when we need it

Great stay!

This is our second time at the Dugout. Great house for small groups. Love the quaint back yard set up. The host was wonderful and very responsive!

Parents’ Weekend

We loved our time at the Dugout for our daughter’s parents’ weekend! We had everything we needed, the house is so cute and clean and the hosts went above and beyond. We will be back!

Comfortable and convenient to campus

I booked this rental for a conference at the GA Center when the conference hotel was sold out.This was a great alternative. Comfortable furnishings. Convenient to campus and five points. Has enough extra space and bathrooms for a family if needed. Would stay here again.

Great location for UGA events

Needed a location close to campus for graduation events. Met every expectation. Property owner was very accessible and communicated well. Enjoyed our stay!

Our Second Stay

Scott went over and above to make our stay a great one. Easy (just under a mile) walk to Sanford Stadium for the game if the year!

Work conference getaway

We stayed at the Dugout for a work conference at UGA Continuing Education Center. It was centrally located to UGA, easy to get around and an overall great space. Scott was amazing to help out and answer questions. Wish we would have been in town during a home UGA baseball game because we could see the stadium and easily walk over to watch a game. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location, comfortable stay

We had a great stay at the dugout for parents weekend and UGA football. The location is ideal for getting around. Easy walk to Five Points, Foley Field & Sanford Stadium. The house was well appointed, beds comfortable and the owners very responsive.

The Dugout was a Hit!

We had a great stay in Athens at the Dugout! It is a fantastic location, convenient to several bars and restaurants. Also, and easy walk to Sanford Stadium. Communication with the host was EXCELLENT! He was available to answer questions whenever I texted him. We will definitely stay again!

Great Masters HQ

Stayed here the few nights before our group went to The Masters. The property is in an awesome neighborhood with tons of fun to be had within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and it was perfect for us. Downsides: trash pickup had not come by that week so the trash bin was overflowing, bathrooms were small and college-y, but serviceble. I would recommend this place for a group of guys for any get together.

Wonderful stay in UGA

Lovely home right across the street from the UGA baseball fields. We sat on their wonderful new deck & could listen to the game. Close to everything, the house is beautifully decorated in full Georgia spirit. Communication with Scott was a breeze, check-in & check-out was super easy. We’d definitely stay here again.
