Great communication with host, the room was as stated and it is a great location. The balcony didn't necessarily have a great view, but it was only a short trail through the woods to a great walking/running trail that was along the river

Great place to stay walkable to the stadium and downtown Athens. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed for a weekend in Athens. Parking can be crazy in Athens, so it was nice to have parking available for the weekend.

The apartment was very nice and spacious.I love the full kitchen bc we need to cook. The complex is under renovation and I was worried at first look but inside the apartment was great.We had a convention at Akins Arena and will book it for next year again

Communication with owner was good. We were able to check in a little early which was appreciated. Info binder did not include up to date info so we were not able to use the pool the first day, TV info was not what was included and took awhile to update to use, never could connect to the wifi due to router naming not being updated and password changes. Appreciated responses from owner but chasing down these details did not enhance the experience. Apartment was well appointed.

Great place to stay

Nice, clean and cozy apartment with everything you might need during your stay. Great location with easy access to UGA and downtown. The area is very quiet, and there is a picturesque river walking trail nearby. Would love to stay here again!

Overall, excellent stay. 4.9/5 starsThere were a couple of used towels behind the door., and dirty vacuum cleaner just beside the bed. Not a big deal though.

Cute place

Overall, it was a cute unit. The bed, bathroom and kitchen appeared clean. Upon walking around, we noticed some type of pet hair on the floors, and lots of it- we didn’t know pets were allowed here as the listing said no pets allowed. Our feet were completely covered in fine pet hair after a couple of steps. The unit was also very dusty- the bed frame, ceiling fan, and other flat surfaces were coated in a layer of dust. We had a lot of allergy issues upon arrival unfortunately. We looked for a vacuum or broom, but couldn’t find one and just decided to get through the rest of the trip the best we could. We also looked at some of the furniture, and the noticed the bed frame is broken underneath, and the couch had a weird slant to it despite fixing the cushions (it’s a pullout couch I think). The WiFi was pretty spotty, nothing we could do about that really, and on our last night, we heard a very loud bang outside our unit and within the complex at around 4AM that sounded very concerning. On a better note, there was great communication from the owners with other issues we addressed with them, and the check in/out process was straightforward and easy. Besides a couple of cleaning issues, overall, the place was satisfactory for our stay.

Baseball tournament stay

The gated community felt safe. Area was quiet. Owner worked with us to add an extra night stay, which was so beneficial! Check in and out process was clear and seamless. Unfortunately, we discovered the stove didn’t work the first morning we were they, so we had to adjust our meal plans for the trip a bit. We notified the owner, who said she would look into once we checked out. In my opinion, the couch bed wouldn’t be ideal for an adult. It worked well for our young son for the 3 night trip.
