“Great place to stay and quiet. Meals were fantastic.”

“Los huevos eran horribles. El resto del hotel fantástico tanto la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama como el personal.”

“el hotel es muy grande y anda mucha gente, pero es muy cómodo. cama tremendamente cómoda. Habitación amplia. SPA bueno para una desconexión al final del día. Desayuno muy bueno. la única pega que a eso de la 1 de la mañana empezó a sonar un ventilador/compresor en el baño que daba una conexión central. por lo demás, como para repetir.”

“Check in rápido y personal muy amable. El desayuno muy bien y el parking gratuito. La única pega es que no había regulación de temperatura en las habitaciones y estaba bastante frio”

“Lovely views, staff very helpful, food was lovely in the restaurant, lots to do close by”

“the bathroom smelled like the pipes to the sewer were not right. the smell was there when i checked in and never went away. they don’t clean corners so there nice rooms are going to age quickly.”

“Staff very friendly and helpful, and bar and restaurant area pleasant, cozy and welcoming. The rooms are pretty basic and could do with some minor maintenance, but are clean and tidy, and good value for money. A good choice of breakfast items, and we had two evening meals which were great. Our waiter Sam was especially friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking”

“Really lovely building and grounds.”

“Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)”

“Nice hotel but not many options around it. ”

“The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). Not even the reception manager showed up to do something about it nor apologise for the situation. At the end of the day, I...

“I put on weight due to the superb food and helpful staff. Cannot critisise at all”

“Rooms are spacious and clean you have to leave deposit of 50 quids per night but is refundable at check out.Amenities they have kids swimming classes it’s not relaxing. Dinner wasn’t great better not to take half board package as the dinner menu is limited to what you can have and have to order drinks separately. Breakfast has a wider variety.”
