“We liked the look of the farmhouse, and saw it from a mile away on our drive in from Highway 1. Easy to find ! Easy to get in. The old house is very friendly. Enjoyed the "history" feel. Really liked walking around the yard, seeing all the great trees and bushes and flowers someone planted and took great care of. Didn't miss the TV either ! My daughter who was working in Big Sur loved staying upstairs, like her own little apartment. Very relaxing place to get away from things.”

“My family and I booked this property to have a safe and comfortable place to stay while my father underwent major surgery. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that.From the start, the furniture was very cheap and uncomfortable, making the space feel unwelcoming and far from homelike. We also discovered there was a second tenant on the property, which was never disclosed in the listing. That tenant came to our door after 8 pm asking us to move our car because of unclear parking rules,...

“Very cute spot in a good location. We stayed briefly for the Superbowl, but appreciated all of the finer touches that the place offered. It was very clean, quaint, and had everything you would need for a stay — the owner clearly has a keen eye for detail and is a great interior designer!”

“Our stay was a short one while we were visiting our daughter who lives less than a mile away. We spent most of our time at our daughter’s house and really only slept at this property. It was very clean and well-stocked in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of a number of great eateries and small shops. ”

“I would not rent this place if you have a family. He charged extra a week after our stay for additional cleaning. There are blankets covering older, dark colored dated couches. The flooring is not even with a huge dip near the sliding glass doors. When I tried to inquire as to why we were being charged, he was unprofessional and I was taken aback by his responses. We will not stay here again.”

“The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own.”
