“The contactless entry was problematic. The code wouldn't work for my room and I had to call three times before someone picked up to help me. It took another several minutes for them to fix it remotely. Then, the bathroom was locked from the inside and there was no one on site to get me in. Once all that was settled, the stay was pleasant. “I always wish platforms used scales of 10. This is a solid 9/10, no frills condo. It was exactly what we were expecting and was a good value. We appreciated the adequate kitchen and the washer/dryer. Sleeping spaces were comfortable. The condo was very clean. The main perks are the included parking, the walkability to countless shops and restaurants, and the unique view (love watching the boats pass). It's also nice that the condo is a top floor end unit so we didnt experience any noise issues....

“We stayed here to attend a concert at the amphitheater. Unfortunately our concert was cancelled but we decided to go to Wilmington anyway to get away for the weekend. The house is clean and totally modern and within walking distance of great restaurants and breweries. It’s also a short drive to the riverfront. The host, Scott, was wonderful and all his instructions were clear and simple. We would definitely stay here again. ”
