“No one was on duty (not terribly unexpected) when I arrived after dinner as this is a small town and motel. There was a number to call to have someone come check me in, but there was no answer to multiple calls. Luckily, the handyman was around and called the owner who came right over - so in the end, not a big problem but something to be aware of if you're arriving "late" - (probably after a 7-8pm).
