Property met expectations. Bed was comfy. Was concerned about not being able to control AC but it wasn't a problem. Location in proximity to attraction and transit was good. Main cons would be local clientele outside (though they didn't bug us), could benefit from hand towels in kitchen and bathroom, and addressing check in process a few days prior to check in (had to provide info and photos while traveling isn't ideal - getting that squared away prior would be encouraged).Overall would give 4.5 out of 5.

We had a great stay in Atlanta. The unit had everything needed for our stay and the complex was quiet. Residents and concierge were kind and friendly. The building is old but the unit was clean and up to date. We did walk to local restaurants and the Aquarium using basic city common sense. We used DoorDash too. I did not give 5 stars due to there were some items in the unit that needed to be fixed, which I messaged the owner about separately. Owner was very responsive from booking through check out.

Not what we expected.

The property definitely did not look as up kept as the pictures. The lid in the bathroom toilet was burned probably from a flat iron. One towel hanger was missing parts and the other would fall off every time we attempted to hang something. Couch had an old open lip gloss from previous guest on the side that one of our little kids found and almost used (gross). Silverware and some of the kitchen items were dirty and had to be rewashed before we could use them. Murphy beds cover looked dirty too. Even though we said there were six guests, when we arrived late at night wanting a good shower, there were only five towels. We didn’t bother to ask for another one that night, but when we did the next day, they were very prompt to bring extra ones. I

Nice place downtown

It was a nice place to stay downtown. We stayed two nights and it had the basics of what we needed and was perfectly located as it was only a 10 min walk to World of Coca-Cola, the Aquarium, and Olympic park and only a short drive to the Botanical Gardens. We parked in the AAA garage which was just down the street and that worked out well. Atlanta in general has a decent amount of homeless people, but the building itself seems very secure.

Great place!

The condo is a great place. It was perfect for our family of four. The beds and space were so much better than a hotel. We had a slight issue checking in, which took about 15 minutes to resolve. One other thing to note is that there is a liquor store on the ground level and people hanging around it. It didn’t bother us, but it could bother others. But overall, I was very pleased with with condo and would definitely stay there again.

Super convenient for Coke Museum/Aquarium

Took kids to Atl to see Aquarium etc for spring break. 10 minute walk from Aquarium. Concierge staff was super nice and helpful. No on-sight parking but there is AAA garage on the same block and the people there were really nice and easy to deal with. Unit was clean, pleasant. It’s like the pictures. I’ll rent again when I come back to Atl.

STELLER!!

I was a bit nervous about the location at first but the condo staff kept the entry ways clear of any loiters. The condo was exceptionally clean. We had no issues with noise from other units. It was an easy check in/out. Close to a wonder Korean coffee shop we went everyday we were there. Parking garage was very reasonable and very safe. Will definitely be staying again when we come back to Atlanta.

Perfect location

The condo was extremely clean, had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. All the best of downtown Atlanta was a short walk away. Would absolutely recommend and we would stay there again.

Awesome condo!

Our family of six had an amazing stay at this condo in Atlanta! It was the perfect home base for our trip—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca-Cola, and everything else we wanted to see. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had a seamless experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta!

Perfect rental in downtime

This was the perfect rental in downtown Atlanta. Close enough, walking distance to the to the GWCC and and the Georgia aquarium. The room was spacious enough for our six guests.Loved that the complex provided key access as well as had front desk concierge to greet you. Felt very safe in this area.. The host were just a quick message away. Would definitely rent here again.

Trip to Atlanta

We stayed at the 1BR 20E - Cozy Downtown Atlanta Condo and the property was perfect for our trip. 4 friends of mine and I enjoyed the proximity of this property to the Mercedes Benz stadium, aquarium, world of coca cola, State farm arena, restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and quiet.

Atlanta vacation

This property is in a great location close to restaurants and downtown tourist attractions. You can easily walk to World of Coca Cola or Georgia Aquarium. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Jodie was a great host and would respond to any questions quickly.

Property is very good! We all thought it was like a hotel. 6 of us stayed there but i think even more can fit as couch opens into other bed. It has everything needed for a stay - linen, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, kettle/keurig, stove, microwave, good wifi and tv in both rooms. It is pretty stylish, bathroom looks fancier than in the pictures here. Laundry was super easy to use and helpful. Building has concierge and they are really nice and only tennants get in and out. Surprise to me was that windows on the 20th floor seemed to be able to open and there are no rails. So if your kids are adventurous (mine weren’t but i was as a child) be cautious. In the corner of the building is a liquor store, which at first looked alarming as people tend to linger - but no worries, everybody were kind and well behaved and we didn’t even hear a bad comment let alone heard trouble or some commotion. Overall - it felt very safe. Neighbourhood is pretty boring apart from attractions around Olympic park - bunch of offices, hotels and conference areas, we were there for the conference so the proximity was important for us. It is in great area if you are there for work/business - easy walk to park, stadium, state farm arena, metro. Host was the best! Communications before, during and after a stay was top notch! Everything was very clean, well explained, labeled in the apartment, she really is a pro at hosting people! Would definitelly stay there again!
