National College Football playoff

It was a fabulous location, convenient to all the activities at The Mercedes Stadium, downtown Atlanta. Safe and secured, good security at front entrance. Saved a bundle of money compared to the jacked up nightly room rates charged by big chain hotels in same locale. Highly recommended. Good hosts

Avoid Renting

The property smelled of marijuana in the lobby the hallway from the elevator to our room. The room was very warm and the remote air-conditioned wasn't securely connected to the foil covered opening in the window. Also, the air-conditioned was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. Important to note we were on the 22nd floor. There were roaches in the kitchen. While making coffee in the morning, there were roaches floating in the water basin of the coffee maker.

Amazing Stay!

The entire stay was extremely enjoyable. The apartment was clean when we first arrived and the instructions for everything were already sent to us prior to us arriving. We had an amazing time! The noise didn’t keep anyone up at night and we felt safe the entire stay. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in Atlanta again. Highly recommended!

Don’t judge a book by its cover

The exterior of the building and hallways are old. However, the rental space was very nice, clean, roomie, and had everything we needed. The bathroom is a little outdated but it got the job done. The road noise is loud at night but we got use to it. Would rent here again! Host was very responsive and when we asked for something it was done quickly. Everyone we met on the way in and out were kind and polite.

HORRIBLE PLACE AND NOT SAFE

Parking was a nightmare! I was texting the owner regarding the parking and she was responding but then I called her twice and messaged her to call me so we could get parked and she wouldn’t answer the phone! Once entering the building, I knew exactly why she didn’t want to talk to me! PLEASE…if you value your safety, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We slept with the lights on and only stayed one night of out two night stay because we felt so unsafe!

Atlanta Thanksgiving Trip

We booked a three night stay at this condo back in June for the Thanksgiving weekend. We arrived Wednesday night and realized that it was not going to work for our family. I reached out to the host that night and explained our concerns, and she kindly worked with us and canceled our last two nights with no issues. She was very flexible and easy to work with!

Perfect location

After becoming a stranded traveler VRBO and Rachel came to the rescue. She was quick to communicate and made this transition super easy. The place was perfectly located for food and activities. The street noise was audible, but expected at the location. The place was nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. Overall a great stay.

Stranded travelor not stranded any more...

We arrived in Atlanta with a VRBO booked and they ghosted us. VRBO and Rachel came to the rescue. We found this place and it worked perfect for our plans. Location was perfectly located to all we needed to do. Finding places to eat and things to do was perfect. The space was perfect and nicely furnished. The street noise was a little loud, but that is expected for the location.

Atlanta stay

Overall it was a nice place. There are some things that can be controlled (roach in the kitchen & the horribly dirty vent in the bathroom) and some things that can't (neighbors yelling and you can hear cars racing through out the night. If you are a sound sleeper, this will not bother you)

Wonderful vacation rental

We had a lovely time at the condo. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and super close to all our Atlanta destinations (Georgia Tech, Botanic Gardens, Zoo, and Carter Center). The view from the windows was great. There was some traffic noise, but not excessive, and we were right downtown, so it's to be expected. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to add some pot holders for the kitchen. We'll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful two bedroom condo. Communication was great and the concierge was very helpful. You will not get check in instructions until around 2 o’clock so don’t panic if you have not heard from Rachel Lu. Would stay again.

Good option for staying in Atlanta

The unit itself was nice, updated, and clean. Beds were comfortable. I would say the only down side is that you can hear a lot of road noise and sirens which could be bothersome at night. You also don’t have control over the thermostat but the temperature was comfortable during our stay. My only recommendation for the owners would be to install towel bars or shelving in the bathroom because there is no where to hang your towels. The condominium complex is old but it’s in a very convenient location. It was quiet and we had no issues. Overall it’s a good option for a place to stay in Atlanta.

Great location

OMG! I enjoyed my stay here. I expected it to be noisy being in downtown area but it wasn’t. We slept peacefully. Everything is as pictured. Super easy check in process. I received one free parking space as stated which is a plus. Also after a long day the water pressure in shower was amazing, with long lasting hot water. Comfy beds and Wi-Fi for the kiddos 😂 there’s also a pool. With a 24 hour front desk attendant. Don’t hesitate to book with Rachel Superb host

Excellent stay and location

Excellent stay and location, centrally located to most of downtown's attractions. Easy access to highways and central locations. Building's parking and parking lot offer you plenty of time for loading and unloading very user-friendly. Great view.

Great communication & lovely place to stay.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here and it’s just like the photos. Nice & clean and had a lovely view of the city. Rachel was very quick to answer any questions I had! Had a few minor problems but solutions were found for them :) Wpuld definitely stay here again.
