    Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. Whether you're a PA or an A-lister, we believe everyone deserves a lovely place to call home after a hard day (or night) at work. Our chic and well-appointed pads make us the preferred vendor of choice for studios like Apple and Disney.



    We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

    Guest Access:

    You can access your space 24/7 via our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring video doorbell cameras.



    * No Parties: Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees. * Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling.

    * Pet Policy: Dogs allowed; $250 1st dog, $100 2nd. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility. * Cancellations: Cancellation policy will apply minus any credit card processing fees.

    * ID Verification: Required for all guests; secure third-party vetting with encryption and GDPR compliance. Security deposits may apply.

    * Minimum Age: Booking age is 25, exceptions may apply with added requirements.

    * Late Check-Out: Standard at 10 AM; late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction.

    * Spa Products: Inform us to avoid charges for missing spa amenity bottles.

The iconic Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail is also nearby, offering endless entertainment, dining, and outdoor activities.     Getting Around:

    The nearest MARTA station to Caza Azula is the Inman Park/Reynoldstown Station. Start by exiting the station and heading northeast on Krog St NE toward Hurt St NE. Turn left onto Hurt St NE and walk along it, which will lead you directly to Elizabeth St NE. Turn right onto Elizabeth St NE and continue straight. The destination, 235 Elizabeth St NE, will be on your left. The walk should take around 10-15 minutes.

Location location location in Inman Park

Amazing location in a converted historic home. Amenities were perfect for my family of 3 and we were able to walk around to most anywhere. Highly recommend if you're looking to be central to Inman Park and nearby to Krog Street Market and parks.

Charming place in good location

This is an older property in a lovely neighborhood. We had some issues during our stay, but these were promptly and efficiently dealt with my the management company. Would recommend.

Great stay, walking distance to great restaurants

We were a party of 3 friends who stayed at this lovely property. Beautiful interior, everything was working as it should. We loved walking to the nearby Inman Park businesses for great restaurants. Some improvements to make would be making electrical outlets by the beds more accessible to charge phones. Also placing a mirror in each room would be helpful. But overall, a really nice, clean, and convenient rental.
