It had a weird smell. The trundle bed was broken, the larger bed was supported by books. There is no oven, but a toaster oven. More blankets and sheets should be provided. The shower was hot, which was nice since the weather was very cold during our stay. Thermostat is available to turn the heat on.

The property owner was extremely accommodating. Responded to my request super quickly. Bonus was the free parking pass for Stone Mountain. We felt very safe during our stay and would stay again.

We did an in/out visit for a family function. Got in really late on Friday and left really early on Sunday. App to enter property and parking instructions prior to arrival were perfect and worked perfectly! Host was very reaponsive and the kids had plenty of space to move around.Didn’t explore the area as we had specific locations to be at during our full Saturday however the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We felt safe.Would definitely stay again.

It was fine for the price, but the online description was not completely accurate. The first bedroom is shown in both bedroom pictures. The second bedroom is actually a very low pink double bed. It would be fine for children but I would not enjoy it as an adult. The bathroom was nice and common living area was cozy. The main bedrooms bed was broken on arrival (I don’t think owner knew this) and she was unable to fix it while we were there. I understand things happen but it was a little frustrating to be honest. We were unable to use the trundle and it was a little wonky to sleep on a lopsided bed. The parking pass to Stone Mountain was a nice perk!

My husband thought it was a great location, and the host family is very nice.My husband says his room was nice, but the listing is more neutral than anticipated. that said, they were comfortable, had easy access to everything they needed, and had a great trip.

Perfect place!

Just as advertised. Three bedrooms plus a full sized couch for sleeping. Plenty of space to hang out in the living room. We'll stay here again next time we're visiting.

My stay at this property was just as I hoped for. It’s a very lovely and comfortable living space. Best of all, I felt safe coming in the neighborhood in the late hours. We’ll definitely try to stay there next time we’re in the area.

Adequate

This little basement apartment had plenty of room for us. The kitchen is just a kitchenette, but it does have 2 mini fridges, so adequate space. Hot plate, toaster oven, and microwave. The sink is very tiny. We were disappointed to find there was no bath soap or shampoo provided. The bed under the stairs was not comfortable, but the couch was, so we used that instead. Nicely decorated and fairly clean.

There’s Roaches and lacks adequate cleaning

Not enough space for the disgusting things we dealt with. Upon checking in we noticed there wasn’t enough towels and wash rags available (listing states it sleeps 7 however only 3 towels and 2 wash rags were provided), the dish soap dispenser was empty, we also noticed tons of dust throughout the property, and stains on carpet floor. We felt this wasn’t a deal breaker so we chose to stay. Not too long after checking in I texted the owner around 9am to inform her we needed towels and wash rags, around 6pm I sent another text for a follow-up as we still did not receive the towels and wash rags. Around 11pm, we noticed a very large roach crawl out from under one couch and went under another couch. We moved the couch to confirm it was a roach. I took a video of it and requested the owner come down to the basement area and address it. From moving the couch we also noted a ton of trash and food wrappers under the couch. When the owner came down a few minutes later she never apologized about the roach, and when we raised the issue of the food wrapper and trash she said she does not move the furniture when she cleans. In the process of the owner taking care of the roach she stated she needed to spray again (which indicates she knows this is an issue). In the middle of the night we discovered a large roach in the bathroom, and in the morning a smaller roach crawling up the wall. This proved to be an unsuitable place for a family to stay and we had to find other accommodations.

Cozy atmosphere!

Wonderful location with a cozy atmosphere! The space was sufficiently roomy for me, my fiancé and our infant. While there are a few minor aspects that could be improved, I have full confidence that the host will take the necessary steps to address and resolve these issues!
