Overall, my group and I had a nice stay at this property.
The house was clean, in a good location within 20 minutes of downtown Atlanta and 10 minutes from the airport. When we needed more towels and washcloths, the host and his team was quick to provide us with extra and the communication was great. House is supplied with the basics (paper towels, tissue, trash bags, plates, utensils, and cups) nothing extra. The backyard is massive and a great place to hang out.
The house does have some old bones and is tucked away in a quiet, safe, and somewhat wooded neighborhood (a little buggy outside). So, if you are looking for something more modern this may not be for you. Each room has window units that keeps the house cool (but can be a little noisy) and there are roosters (next door I believe) that were a bit loud along with a dog barking through the night but I sleep with white noise so it wasn't that big of a bother to me. May be time for a little paint job in some of the rooms and there is only one television in the house, in the living room.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay and if you are looking for an affordable, lowkey, nice place to stay in Atlanta that is close to the airport and downtown without all the hussle and bussle - I recommend you check this place out.
