Comfortable house in a quiet street, and a convenient location for access to the airport. Our host was great with communication and replied to our requests promptly. The house could use some maintenance and a spring clean, but otherwise it was a good stay.

Horrible condition

Place is very dirty and smells bad. Pictures are a false representation of the actual condition of the home . We walked in and walked right out and he also tried to keep my money knowing I didn’t stay. Also has no air other then the kind in the wall .

Overall, my group and I had a nice stay at this property. The house was clean, in a good location within 20 minutes of downtown Atlanta and 10 minutes from the airport. When we needed more towels and washcloths, the host and his team was quick to provide us with extra and the communication was great. House is supplied with the basics (paper towels, tissue, trash bags, plates, utensils, and cups) nothing extra. The backyard is massive and a great place to hang out. The house does have some old bones and is tucked away in a quiet, safe, and somewhat wooded neighborhood (a little buggy outside). So, if you are looking for something more modern this may not be for you. Each room has window units that keeps the house cool (but can be a little noisy) and there are roosters (next door I believe) that were a bit loud along with a dog barking through the night but I sleep with white noise so it wasn't that big of a bother to me. May be time for a little paint job in some of the rooms and there is only one television in the house, in the living room. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and if you are looking for an affordable, lowkey, nice place to stay in Atlanta that is close to the airport and downtown without all the hussle and bussle - I recommend you check this place out.

Place to rest while renovating

This property is in a convenient location, a short drive to MARTA train stations, Main Street East Point/ College Park, and Camp Creek shopping. It was perfect for what we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and we had plenty of room for working, studying, and resting. Our host was very welcoming and communicative and offered to assist us if we needed anything during our stay. I especially appreciated having an in-home washer/dryer and a full (though small) kitchen.

very cute, clean and comfy place to stay

we had a great time staying at this property. the host was extremely helpful and communicative. we didn’t know much about the area prior to coming, but the location felt safe and was in decent driving distance to everything we wanted to do (which was all over atlanta). all the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. i appreciated the updated bathrooms and kitchen. there’s a big comfy couch in the living room, as well as chairs and a bench to pull up for plenty of seating. the tv in the living room gives you access to the popular streaming services which is great; there are also a few board games provided that we enjoyed in our short down time. it was super convenient to have laundry available and we used it a couple of times during our stay (byo detergent!). a couple cons would be: the sliding doors to the bathrooms were quite difficult to open. they would get stuck often and require hulk strength or a friends assistance to pry them open. there were a couple of dead roaches in the bedrooms and a live one showed up one night that was tricky to catch (but i know roaches are a common problem in georgia so no one was too surprised to see them). the back deck isn’t accessible from inside of the house which discouraged us from using it. there is only a tv in the living room which wasn’t great for those of us who like to watch tv in bed or have it on while we sleep. lastly, one of the bedrooms had issues with the outlets near the bed so he had to run an extension cord across the room to charge his phone. all in all, i would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to visit atlanta in the future. the cons are all little things that can easily be fixed (doors and outlets, for example) or ignored (if you’re not a tv person). thanks to the host for quick responsiveness and care for our stay!
