I enjoyed my stay at this home. The entire house was clean,fresh, and well put together. The bedrooms,, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, laundry room equipped with everything you would need including all kitchenware and then some, towels, extra pillows, shampoo and conditioner and blowdryer. Not far from anything. Very kind and attentive owners.I could keep going but you'll see for yourself. They get their flowers from me. I would do it again.

I chose to stay in this home over a hotel so my two minor children would be able to run around and play freely without worrying about receiving any noise complaints. The home was absolutely beautiful and it made us feel right at home. The kids adored the home so much, so I know I made the right choice in booking this home for their spring break getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances that you typically wouldn’t expect to have at any another stay. Overall, the home was very clean and cozy and I would choose to stay here again in the future. Thanks to the host for having us!

My family and I had a good experience. The neighborhood was not what I expected and somewhat uncomfortable. The investments being made in the area are definitely evident in witnessing the revitalization and development. Venturing out was accessible and easy. Lastly the host was kind and friendly…very responsive!

We were working all week at AmericasMart and it was about a 10 min drive but not in traffic- so easy! We Ubered each day. Hosts were responsive and gave us suggested places to eat. House was clean - beds were comfy!

Disappointing Stay — Major Cleanliness & Preparation IssuesOur group was truly looking forward to this trip, but unfortunately the property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or readiness. A few issues stood out immediately upon arrival:1.Insufficient towels for the number of guests staying multiple days.2.The home looked like it had not been occupied or cleaned in quite some time.3.We found prepared food left in both the microwave and refrigerator, which raised concerns about sanitary conditions.4.There were bugs throughout the bathroom, which was extremely unsettling.5.The shower was not cleaned, with hair from previous guests still in the drain and on the walls.6.The bed sheets had hair throughout, suggesting they had not been laundered or replaced.7.The host did not provide the entry code until after we had already arrived, requiring us to reach out—which made it feel as though our stay had been forgotten entirely.To the host’s credit, they did refund the cleaning fee, but considering the scope of the issues we encountered, it did not feel like adequate compensation for the condition of the property.Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I hope the host addresses these concerns for future guests.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home right in the heart of Atlanta! The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The house itself was spotless, very comfortable, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Communication with the owners was excellent, they were responsive, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful inside. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. The neighborhood, however, did not feel safe. The neighbors to the right side of us were very nice and told us that someone had tried to break into our car the first night. Everything in the home was wonderful. Our daughter was a bit sad that the room with the bunk beds did not have a TV, and it was kind of tight in the room. But the other rooms all had TVs and were enjoyable to stay in. The neighborhood was the only drawback.

Good but...

The good...The house was located somewhat close to downtown which worked well for us. We used Uber to get around. The house was spacious for 4 of us. They provided coffee which was nice, but the creamer was expired. The bad..Cockroaches. There was a giant one on my son and his girlfriends BED. I let the owner know right away and they offered a 15% discount on our stay (which we never got). We also had one in the kitchen. YUCK!!The listing says there's bikes to use but they're all old and unuseable.The back porch was too dirty to use. I wouldn't walk around after dark, the neighborhood didn't feel safe. We heard lots of sirens constantly.

Enjoyable Stay in Quiet Neighborhood

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It felt warm and inviting, just like our home. And, it was spacious!The check-in process was smooth and the property owners were very responsive to our questions and made every effort to make our stay pleasant. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet considering the location. The airport was less than 15 mins away, which was a plus. The location is also conveniently located to several attractions we visited - The Trap Music Museum and Activate - and food locations. Overall, we loved our stay! We wish we would’ve booked this rental for our earlier stay in Atlanta.
