Its ok for some things to note

The place was clean and the location is very convenient, close to downtown but the area (as noted in the highlights) is not the best. There’s always people outside of the building smoking, I did not feel very comfortable with my little ones. Our parking spot was occupied by someone else when we arrived. Since there is a parking reservation needed in advance I think they could verify that is free before the guests arrive. This made us wait for more than 20 minutes during check in and we needed to come down and move when the spot became available. Only one elevator was working (out of three) on the second day of our stay, so we waited for more than 30 minutes to get down, we couldn't use the stairs since we had 2 strollers and it was 12 floors, we missed a reservation in the aquarium. Unfortunately the people working at the lobby are not very kind (I understand this is out of the owners control) but it did not make our stay pleasant. The apartment was clean but the listing does need some picture updates, the curtains on the main bedroom and common space did not work, so there was a lot of light coming in in the morning, not great when you have a baby and a toddler sleeping. The host was answering my questions in a timely manner and I recognize not all items are under their control. They also request to take out the trash to the first floor… I don't understand why we need to do this if we are paying for a cleaning fee.I wouldn’t recommend for families with little ones.

Good location

This apartment has a good location. If you're planning go to Aquarium, Coca-Cola museum or just enjoy downtown of Atlanta, its good choice. You can save time and nerves not to have business with traffic.

Bad experience

The microwave was not working, the AC didn't cold and the neighborhood was awful. The 12 floors smelled like cannabis all day. We stay Monday to Thursday and you can hear all the noise from the outside, a lot of teenagers party in the parking lot every night.

Downtown ATL

The building was old, but the condo was nicely upgraded. There are actually 3 bedrooms which was a nice surprise. I would suggest putting curtains up at the french doors for both bedrooms to offer privacy. The condo could also use some touch up painting. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of clean linen. The trash chute had fruit flies and they were also in the condo Not alot, but noticeable and my son went to the pool and there was a rat under a pool chair. I dont blame these things on the condo owners, this is more of a property issue. I felt safe with the secured entry amd 24 hour security. I would stay again if I come back to Atlanta. It's close to everything! The aquarium, world of coca-cola, the olympic park, and countless restaurants.

Ok so yea the building is old and the hallway leaving up to the door is sketchy but the apartment was super clean and I can definitely appreciate that. The location is really good too. It is within walking distance of everything downtown including major arenas. The apartment has a lot of windows and blinds will need to be closed if you don’t want the apartment to get super hot. The iron in the apartment is due for a change out…if you put water in the iron it will leak on your clothes…but the sheets on the bed were clean and most importantly the bathroom was super clean. I wouldn’t mind staying here again. It was a good apartment stay for me and my daughter!

Business trip to Atlanta

The building is old and could use some sprucing up, but the apartment was just what we needed. It has been modernized with soothing neutral colors and attractive appointments. If it had a tub instead of a shower, it would have been perfect. The ice machine was erratic, but there were ice trays as well. There were just enough plates, bowls, glasses and utensils for the three of us, but a few extra would be nice. The location for our meetings at Peachtree Center was very convenient. Parking garage was a nice additional perk.

Even Better than Expected

Knowing the downtown Atlanta area, I wasn't sure how/where the stay would be - and although in an older building, the home itself was very clean and decorated nicely! The property was exactly as described. Would stay here again, if in the area and needing multiple sleeping space.
