8/10
Mostly pros and one major con.Honestly this rental is fantastic and we *will* likely be using it again for our family visits. I grew up in ATL and can confirm that the location is incredible-walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and a lil bodega on the corner that carries everything from diapers to champagne. The house is well decorated, open and airy feeling and had a few nods to the classic Inman Park style which I loved seeing. Def fits the vibe of the area and doesn't feel like a low cost vacay rental that has the bare minimum furnishings of light grey everything. Each room had fans and heaters, which we did end up using as it was a bit steamy upstairs (to be expected in ATL). Had full size laundry and great kitchen and fridge/plenty of storageEverything was 5 stars EXCEPT...the driveway is not usable. The steep slope and width wouldn't allow for anything to get down. We tried three different cars and they were either too low to the ground (an SUV) or too wide (a large SUV) (see pic with 5'8"wingspan)If you're hoping for that space to be usable I would consider otherwise. It was a festival weekend meaning parking in the surrounding mile-ish was chock full. The neighbors, who I think are full time residents on both sides, added a barricade to the road, and without being able to use the driveway, we had to park on the street and ended up getting a ticket :( Ultimately not the end of the world but just a word of caution that its unlikely to accommodate most cars.
