Please clean more thoroughly. The bedding was stained and the sheets were smelly. Yes, we used Lysol, but there was an odor. The floor is uneven. Please include more paper towels and toilet paper. The living room sofa and dining room chairs were dirty. It was nice, but needs some tlc. Very spacious and basement was nice.

This was our second yearly holiday there. Well appointed and great space for 10. Wonderful location. Backyard was perfect to throw a baseball and football. Very responsive host.

The house is not a luxury house. It was spacious, open, well-stocked with nice towels, and plenty of dishes for our group of 9. But it is definitely not luxurious accommodations. It needs a deep cleaning - walls and doors need a scrubbing. The hot tub was unusable because the filters had not been cleaned in a while. With a deep clean and the addition of rods to hang clothes in the closets (now it’s just wire racks), the house would match the pricing perfectly, and excellent for groups of 6-10.

For all purposes the house was great. What we noticed wa a lack of handtowels,hairdryers, no dish towels. We had to call for DW pods,but they wee delivered very quickly. The driveway is a bit of a challenge. A lot steeper than it seams in the photos. The backyard and outside areas were great! The last night we were there, one girl dropped a pill on the floor. Under her bed was very dirty. The sheet on one of the king beds had stains on it which resembled blood?? It's is a greaat house and ocation I think someone needs to check the restocking and bed bed linens..

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a family wedding and this house was the perfect place for our family. The house is very well appointed with everything to make for a perfect stay. responsive management when i had a question- I highly recommend the house for families traveling or a group of friends. Plenty of space for everyone!

Easy and Definitely Luxurious

The property was beautiful and very close to everything. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. And the host was quick to respond when I had a question. We had 9 guests and there was more than enough room for us! Will definitely book again.

Great Family Place

This Estate was very nice and the modern decor was great. We loved the floor plan that accommodated 3 families and 2 infants. The location was great for easy access to shopping, activities and the highways. The hot tub/spa area was AWESOME! The only negatives for us were the driveway is VERY steep (you don’t see it in the pics) and parking was challenging. The master bath was really small and couldn’t accommodate 2 people.. Lastly, it could’ve been cleaned better, lots of dust, cobwebs and dead bugs. The host was Awesome! The prepared snacks, water, coffee, etc, were super! Very comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend and it’ll be great in warmer months!

Amazing Property

This property was absolutely amazing. Beds were comfortable, and all the amenities were amazing. They literally had everything we needed. The only thing was that the steps to downstairs were very slippery (one of our family members fell). Other than that property was a A+.

Wonderful family reunion

The property was perfect for a small family reunion for us as a quiet bunch. Lovely neighborhood and a nice yard to throw the football on Thanksgiving. A few hiccups over kitchen gear but the host was quickly responsive. Very clean overall and we appreciated small details such as speakers, TV and board games!

Really nice property!

I must first say that overall we definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. There was a hiccup with the air conditioner not cooling the home at first; however, the owner was very responsive and sent the HVAC repair man over within an hour of our call and the AC unit was fixed that evening and the remainder of the stay was a breeze. The home was very clean and it was nice seeing the extras that are provided to the guest such as snacks, beverages, toiletries, etc. We were definitely satisfied and look forward to going back again whenever we visit the Atlanta area. Thanks for great hospitality, it was much appreciated!

Great weekend getaway with friends!

The house was spacious and they thought of everything. Loved the hot tub and outdoor space as well. Slept so comfortably and easily accommodated a large group of friends. I would highly recommend staying here.
